DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!! I had a terrible experience with Walmart's tire service. I brought…read moremy car in to have all four tires replaced, expecting a simple, hassle-free process. Even though they weren't familiar with my type of car, they still went ahead with the work. After the service, my car started shaking every time I drove it, and it felt like one of the tires was going to fall off. Along with that, I noticed a few other issues, such as uneven tire pressure and strange noises coming from the wheels. I took it back to Walmart three separate times to try and fix the issue, but each time they told me the tires were balanced and that everything was fine. Eventually, I took it to another shop to get it checked out, and they discovered that Walmart had bent the rotor plate and left the nuts on the tires loose. I ended up having to pay $3,800 to repair the damage they caused. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism. I would never recommend Walmart's tire service to anyone. They are the worst ever.

On this visit, I was looking for a Marshall t-shirt and cup. I hit the jackpot as both were on sale. I found a vintage super soft t-shirt and an awesome cup with a handle. The handle makes walking with a cup much easier! I've worn the short and it washed well. And I started using the cup as soon as I got back to my parents and cleaned it. It keeps my water cold for a long time which living in Florida, I appreciate;) I'll be back on my next visit up north. If you are looking for good quality at a reasonable price, you've found it!

So I go in today to make a return and there was one woman in the regular register check out line side of the rope, so I got on the customer service side of the rope. A woman employee at customer service yelled at me that the line formed behind the woman waiting on the regular register checkout side of the rope. I told her the line for customer service had always been on the right side of the rope and the regular register checkout had always been on the right side. She informed me it wasn't like that NOW. SO WHY HAVE THE ROPE DIVIDER UP IF THERE IS ONLY ONE LINE? NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!

All of them seem to be doing fairly well. The Mall is very clean. There are roaming security. There is an info desk with security guards. There is a lot of parking available. Again, I am a biker and look like one. My wife doesn't. She just looks looks like a nice woman. Neither one of those people who are employed there budged to help us! Such blatant disrespect and discrimination is an outrage. This should never be tolerated by any company toward any customer or potential customer. In case the store managers happen to read this call the Bursars office at The University of Charleston and ask to verify my triple major BA in History, Political Science and International Relations. Then call Marshall University in 1994then call Marshall's University and ask about my my MA in History in 1996 and another MA in Counseling in 1998. Never judge a book by its cover. Shame on you.
