We had discussed the things that we wanted done and agreed on price and the time that he said it would take to do. He did the work, but it did not take the entire day to do it. Instead it was done in 3 1/2 hours. Then he said a certain part was not included and wanted more money. Most of it looked terrible. He can't remember all that he agreed upon. The more he drank the worse it looked. Friendly person, but, he over bids by at least 3 times the going rate for work. He's a functional alcoholic because you can smell it and he drinks breakfast, lunch and dinner. His work is sub par at best.
