William Arthur Ward I'm 72 years old and have had over 9 real estate agents. I love this agent. Where to start? I was talking to him on the phone trying to find out the cost of a condo for sale in my building. We had a delightful discussion, and somehow I felt he would be better for me than the agent I had over 10 years ago when I first moved here from Canada. He ascertained my needs, I started sending him multiple places. Then he said don't worry I'll get all the places lined up, set aside two days. So my daughters and I piled into his car as saw 10 places in two days. It was instantaneous after that, we found my absolute dream place. He facilitated the buy with ease and now I'm sitting in my new place writing down my gratitude. Moving day he arrived with flowers, balloons and is going to get me a barbecue! Who does this? Michael does. Did I mention he is charming, authentic, honest and very talented. He also sold my own place and got a great deal for me, his best. If you want to sell your place and have a wonderful experience use this man. He's worth it.

The house eventually sold, but I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The biggest issue was communication. The last proceeds estimate we discussed was dramatically higher than what I actually received. After asking for updated numbers, I was told they'd be checked and sent to me. They never were. When I later asked what happened, I was told I should have read the paperwork more carefully. Looking back, I should have double-checked everything myself, but after months of working together I expected major financial changes to be clearly communicated like she did when the financial returns looked good. I would not use Jennifer again.

David was such an incredible, lucky find. My husband and I were first-time home buyers and are…read morecurrently moving into our first condo at an amazing price, thanks to David's expertise. My husband was scrolling through Zillow when he came across an apartment that we wanted to see. We saw David listed as the real estate agent and decided to give him a call, just to look at the place. But that phone call turned out to be the best thing we could have done for ourselves because we got so much more than a viewing. We didn't have a real agent at that time. After talking with David over the phone, we decided to go with him. We really had no idea what we were doing, so I was a little afraid to just go with the first person we talked to. But I really had no reason to worry. In fact, like I said, I can't believe how lucky we got. He took us around to many condos and clearly paid close attention to what we liked and what we didn't. He regularly emailed us condo listings. One day, out of the blue, he emailed us about an off-market condo that he thought we would love, based on what he knew about us. And he really hit the nail on the head. As soon as we walked in, we loved it. Three offers were placed the day of the first viewing. We scrambled to put ours in. Thanks to David's never-back-down negotiating, they sold us the condo, despite the 3-month escrow we needed. From then on, David continued to make sure we had all of our concerns addressed and really saw the whole thing through. David was patient with our inexperience and always kept our best interest at heart. After we closed, he even set us up with a painter, who offered his services at half the price of competitors that we almost hired! What more could you ask for? We plan to recommend him to every friend who looks for a real estate agent. Thanks to David, we're moving into our dream condo, in exactly the neighborhood we wanted, to start our new lives.

In this market, I think there are way more agents out there than there are buyers. And most agents are nice and thorough by default. However, what sets David apart from the rest is that he is willing to go the extra mile for his clients regardless of commission. I am going to highlight this because how many other agents are willing to prioritize their clients' needs over commission? Our first agent treated us well, however, we still ended up deciding to work with David instead. And David was worth all the headaches, awkward conversations, and eventually the ugly fallout with our old agent. We truly think we have found a great agent that will take care of us for years to come. If you are buying a home on the west side, look no further and give David a call.

I had the pleasure of working with Christian Perez as my real estate agent, and I can confidently…read moresay that he exceeded my expectations. I needed to sell my home quickly due to some unfortunate circumstances and Christian helped me sell my home at the market price before we even had the open house. We were nervous it wasn't going to sell quickly due to the market downturn but I think the way he went about marketing was the key to getting it sold quickly. Our home had an unauthorized addition and our city was so strict that they were telling us that we had to demolish it or bring it up to code and this was going to affect the price dramatically. Due to Christian having many great and knowledgeable connections, he was able solve this problem with a couple phone calls. I think the fact that Christian thinks as an investor and works with many investors was key to getting a quick sale at such a high price. This is important because an investor will try to make something work from any angle possible and usually out of the box thinking is required. Christian went above and beyond to ensure that the sale of the house went smoothly. He was professional and always had a positive attitude, even when facing challenging situations. He was also very honest and transparent throughout the entire process, which gave me peace of mind that no surprises at the last minute would pop up. Overall, I would highly recommend Christian Perez to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. My experience with him was a 10/10.
