The following day July 30th 2024 I returned to the branch because I was having difficulty logging into my account and I had a question that I needed answered. I was assisted by a different Agent at this time, she came off pleasant. I explained to her the issue that I was having with logging into my account. The Agent did not take in account anything that I was saying. She than told me that I needed to log into my account, again I explained to her that the system wouldn't allow me to, she then said go to forgot Password. I explained to her 3 more times that I've done that and the system wouldn't allow me to do that either. The Agent looked at me as if I was a child and told me to RELAX !!! I told her not to ever say that to me again. The Agent then jumped up out of her seat and said " let me find someone else to deal with you because Im because I'm not !!! The Agent went over to the manager and lied on me then she yelled at me saying that I was bashing her character. I could not believe that this was taking place. I hope someone in their HeadQuarters could roll their tape back and watch this young ladies behavior and listen to what she was saying to me. It's really sad that customer service has taken a big fall. What happened to Mannerism ? If you don't have love or patience for people get out of that position. Instaloan has lost this customer thanks to her. For anyone else that needs their service please meet with the other Agents and not the tall slender African American young lady with the nasty attitude and the tiny pony tail.
