I took the car over and met 2 wonderful people Saleem and Latonya. We handled the business at hand and I asked if they had any suggestions on where I can list my car for more exposure. LaTonya gave me a couple of suggestions. I followed up on one of them and I sold my car! I know I would still have the car today if I did not ask and she was willing to assist me with information on where to place my car. Very nice honest people. I would send, suggest anyone who needs their business to see them.

The manager was extremely rude, and downright nasty in her approach to me! She refused to proceed further, and I left in total anger! I went to one of their competitors, and was welcomed with open arms and given a title loan in the amount I needed! I understand this type of business has to protect itself, but the extreme rudeness of this manager will ensure I will never frequent them again even if they were the last business engaged in title loans! She definitely needs to work on her people skills!
