I called today to pay off the loan and they want $5,113... that is more than I originally borrowed! How is that even possible?? There is no customer service to answer any questions if you open a loan in the store. The agents in store are useless & I honestly do not know how they sleep at night working for this unethical company & selling these horrible loans. After you realize how bad you've been ripped off & start expressing frustration or confusion, they will refer you to a "complaint" department that will transfer you multiple times, then someone will complete a form and submit your complaint to corporate. I might get an email with their response in 14 days. LISTEN... THIS IS A SHARK LOAN. Stay away or you will get trapped and bleed money. Can you imagine owing more money than borrowed after they took over $4,169 in the 1st seven months of the term? This $5,000 loan has cost over $9,100 in 7 months - horrific! Do not fall for this scam. There are many other fair loan providers in the Myrtle Beach area that will work with lower income & bruised credit scores. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
