Got the run around, "we'll call you", had an office meeting at the downtown RFCU branch insurance office that they didn't followed up on. This happened about 3 separate occassions. RFCU could save a lot of money for the members if they closed down the "Insurance" office and laid off all those that allegedly work there. Seems like they don't do anything useful for the members.
