The receptionists have always been a bit on the crusty side but they have gotten worse. It takes multiple phone calls over several months to get help with questions from previous years fillings. Everyone I have recommended to go there has noticed a change as well and are not happy. They have also found other tax professionals that are less expensive and more willing to help. I have heard certain accountants talk down and very disrespectful to clients, especially Darlene. I have also been talked to as if I couldn't comprehend what they were saying. I will never be back due to the disrespect I have had thrown at me and the disrespect I have witnessed other people go through.

Once they prepare your taxes they are finished with you and dont care what happens. I'm still awaiting my third stimulus check that they told me I would get in March. I was told by them that filing my amended would not affect me receiving my check in a week or so...WRONG !! They should have waited a few days before electronically amending so I could get my check.
