They didn't know anything about it. In fact, even embarrassed me in front of the line in front of all the tellers, rather than take me to a private room and in fact, it didn't have the 50K they only had 20K.. This is not a bank that cares ir know what they're doing..They embarrass you.. They're very discriminatory ..very Lazy and rude..I'm taking my money out. Going someplace's that cares.. Athens, is not...A friendly city when you've got idiots that work at banks that hold your money for ransom. Give you the third degree just to try to take it out like it's theirs.

They have our money, but will not answer a telephone to help any of their customers with any financial question from their CUSTOMERS. My husband and I were buying a new home, and needed to wire funds for a down payment. REGIONS insists that we have to present at a regions branch in order to send a wire, but there were NO regions banks in the entire state. They expected us to drive 7 hours to the nearest branch in order to do a wire transfer that would only take 15 minutes or less. They are NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. We couldn't WAIT to come back and withdraw every penny from this institution that has ZERO customer service. Thankful that our new state has NO REGIONS BANKS! Our new bank is all about it's customers, just the way it SHOULD be.

Even during these troubled times they start court proceedings after only 60 days of being late. Not collections, they go to court! Will not take partial payments to catch you up either. No online payment options, and very rude customer service. All around horrible loan business. Super high interest also. All said, don't do it lol.
