Reputation is everything, and when you have an attorney on your side who is this reputable, you can…read morebe sure that you have an attorney who is working with only your best interest in mind. Mrs. Charlotte McDaniel McGehee and her team of professionals took all of the work and worries of litigation out of my hands. Charlotte has REAL experience in the law, and her performance in the courtroom clearly demonstrates that. Not only is she a top-notch personal injury litigator, but she is also known for fighting for the rights of employees, cases that many attorneys won't even accept. Finding an attorney to accept a case involving an employment claim can be difficult (almost impossible) since many attorneys don't view them as being lucrative. They are extremely time consuming, and require a lot of hard work, hard work that Charlotte isn't afraid to do! Charlotte's knowledge and experience in this field help her to make crushing the opposing counsel look effortless. She always held my case as a top priority. She'll find justice for those who have been illegally discriminated against and she champions for the rights of those who have been treated unfairly under the law. Even though she's not a paid mediator, I often found that she "mediated" on my behalf. Her professional diplomacy and negotiation skills almost always guarantee a settlement in her client's favor without ever having to go to trial. However, when such tactics do fail, as they seldom do, she's armed for battle and WINS at trial. I needed an attorney who saw me as a real person and had compassion and empathy for what I was going through. Charlotte was there for me every step of the way. I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done.

With our case, my Son was arrested and booked on charges that were wrong. I called Lawyers in the Livingston area and they were either too busy to talk or just did not seem interested. As a desperate Father at this point, I tried calling Ms. Bradley's office. I left a message with her staff, and she called me back immediately. She took the time to listen and get a full understanding of our case. By the end of the conversation, she gave me reassurance that she had the expertise to fight for my Son. Her prices are reasonable and absolutely appropriate to her skillsets. Please note, her work ethic far exceeds her prices. As a Parent, I wanted and needed frequent updates.
