The conditioning done throughout the class prior to technique work was solid, and the coach leading the class even came around and showed attention to beginners and other drop ins, which is something I didn't expect to see considering how well known the school is as well as how many drop ins were present. I also got a chance to see some of the kids mma class sparring before my class. They've got some very sharp, technical and well conditioned youths there, and I won't be surprised if I see them on my television on Saturday nights over the next decade.

Vitor skillfully arranges training partners to challenge the competitors and protect those with injuries so that everybody can work hard, improve their jiu-jitsu, and learn. Caio invests so much time and energy into making precise videos for our learning. I really appreciate how much he cares about our jiu-jitsu. The academy is really the cleanest, nicest academy I've ever trained in. Caio even put ergonomic chairs and desks for us to study and places for families to sit. He cares about the environment very much. He even had the team create a wall after a truck drove into the academy, just to make sure that nobody missed training, which is so important for our mental and physical health. I first met Coach Apple as a troop leader for a Girl Scout troop in South San Jose. From the start, she went above and beyond, creating beautiful custom bags and donating fun supplies for each Girl Scout--a meaningful touch that made their journey with us even more special. Apple's generosity didn't stop there. She opened her studio to host a troop meeting where our scouts earned their Courageous and Strong petal. This unique, hands-on experience empowered our girls to grow, develop important skills, and gain confidence. At the end of June this year, something truly special happened: my daughter officially became a member of the Primetime family. She had been looking forward to joining Coach Apple and her team since attending that Girl Scouts meeting more than a year ago. By the end of October, my daughter had her first belt test. She was promoted to orange belt, and we can't wait to see her continue to grow, which I can confidently say is because of Coach Apple and her staff. Apple and her team consistently go above and beyond--creating meaningful experiences, fostering growth, and supporting the community. Their expertise, patience, and kindness make a lasting impact. They open their hearts through holiday food drives, fun gatherings, and fundraising events, truly creating a family-like environment.
