I've received an e-mail from the company saying that they will look into my issue shortly and they never did!! A month later I have my watch still broken and I am very disappointed with the brand service! I will not buy anything again from Tissot and suggest everyone who considering buying Tissot, think again, if you get a problem with your watch after two years, they simply ignore you.
