Truly top notch service especially in a time of need. Ask for Ralph. My tire blew out while on freeway; tire was shredded and rim was damaged all around. I was looking a several hundred dollars to replace the OEM wheel. Instead, I found Tires Wheels Direct. They looked at the damage and offered to fix it at a fraction of the cost for a new wheel. They also gave me a competitive price for a new tire. They repaired the wheel and ordered the new tire. Within a couple days I got back my repaired wheel and tire---looks great. They kept me up-to-date over text which was also reassuring. I was so pleased with the experience that I went back to replace my other three tires. Again, the price and service was great. Ordered the tires and they kept me informed of the progress. When the tires arrived, they notified me and invited me to choose a convenient time to stop by. I did later that afternoon, and in less than 30 minutes they took off my wheels, took off the old tires, mounted the new ones, balanced, and put back on the wheels with new tires. Super efficient. Ordered A set of Moto metal rims off Amazon from Tires Wheels Direct of California, for my truck. Said they'd be here on 10/15/24. A day after they're supposed to be shipped, I get a call from Ralph telling me there's only 1 rim available. They did not have the rims in stock. Said they would make it up to me. Then proceeds to upsell me to a more expensive rim. Ralph kept telling me to order through his company Tireswheelsdirect out of California, not through Amazon. I did not feel comfortable with that so I ordered a different set of rims through Amazon the next day. Unfortunately, it was through JWD again! AGAIN, It did say the rims were in stock. That afternoon I get a call from Ralph stating they only had 1 rim available Again... & his inventory that's on Amazon is not correct. Then again try's to sell me rims directly through their company and skip Amazon. At this point, I've already canceled two appts with my mechanic to get my rims and tires installed. I wanted a particular rim for my 1970 Mustang but I wanted to see one 'in-person' next to my car before I decided. Ralph didn't have one in stock but he had one shipped to him the next day for me to see. The look was perfect so I told him I wanted 4 rims and tires wider than what I currently had. He told me what sizes would fit and with only minor modification to the rear fender lips he was able to fit much larger wheels and tires than I would have thought. This shop gave me a perfect upgrade opportunity for my newly bought Winnebago solice.
