I have been coming here faithfully for the last 6 years and today the amount of disrespect I received was astounding. First, the 20 to 30 minute wait I was told, became 2 hours, with my car on the jack for an hour. I asked them to check the tire and instead replaced it with no conversation and was told it's 50 bucks. That should have been discussed prior. The office staff was disrespectful and rude. Don't go to this shop for any electronics installation. My circuit board was fired when they attempted to put a higher rated amp fuse in my truck. It fried my circuit board. They refuse to accept responsibility and refuse to fix. Now I'm stuck with a $500+ repair bill on a truck I just bought from a dealership 5 months ago. LOOK AT THE HORRIBLE WIRING JOB THEY DID FOR MY REMOTE START. If I even use my emergency brake the wires will be ripped out. Sloppy work and not good business practice. read more

This place is a joke. I took my car to have the rim fixed because it was cracked. They charged me $80 to weld it, by the time I got home my tire was flat. Took it back to them and they looked at it and said it was a seal. Drove it to the store that was 5 mins away and the tire went flat again. They then said they don't warranty their work. That time they knocked off the weights on the tire and left them inside the tire. That's very dangerous. When I went back the 3rd time they wanted to charge me again. If you've ever rode past this place & wondered what their business or customer service was like...this is for you. I went to get a slow leak fixed, it took about 20 minutes so I paid & was on my way. The next morning my tire was totally flat. I went back to the shop 1st thing. The owner tells me that I need a NEW tire! Mind you these are brand new Michelin tires! So he asked if I wanted them to just put the spare on, I said yes, then he quotes another price for that! So while the spare is being put on he had the nerve to tell me they offer my size tire for $276!#?*. Went to have two tires fixed for leaking seals on tire. The next day both tires were flat. I brought them back and they wanted to charge me again to fix them. I brought them to a different place who said they missed areas with the sealer and they left weights to balance the tire bouncing around inside the tire. That could of killed my family. I went back to complain and the manager told me to f.ck off. They treat people bad. Don't leave your car there over night. Read the complaints they have lots of vandalism. As I am a college student it was hard to find tires for a good price. I went to discount tire and they told me $560 for 4 tires I went to Tires R Us and they got me right for $185 all around. I notice this new Tires-R-US tire shop On 16950 S. Halsted in the Harvey, IL. 60426 area that advertises Repairs / installations of Used & New Tires. Window Tinting & Auto Alarms are also listed as services offered, but take it from a very unsatisfied customer, this shop and the employees that run it are far from being a professional in handling & resolving service disputes. On January 21, 2018 I paid a deposit of $100. to order a Viper Auto alarm system to be installed on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee, and the balance of $250 after the installation was completed for a total of $350. The alarm system was improperly wired to my braking system, causing an engine error light to stay on every time i started my vehicle. My SUV was only three months new and I obviously shouldn't be experiencing any electrical engine light problems. After taking it back to Tires-R-US shop to correct the issue, the installer Lenard, stated there was nothing wrong with the install and to take in back to the dealership to have the error light reset. The dealership informed me that the alarm was improperly wired to the braking system so i drove back to the Tires-R-Us shop to ask that the alarm system be uninstalled. Lenard, the installer visibly upset literally ripped the alarm system out and placed the unit with all lose wiring on the front seat instead of repacking it in the original box, and stated that it would cost me an additional $120 dollars, should i want to have it re-installed CORRECTLY! Moe, the sales rep is anything but professional at handling customer disputes. Clearly this is an unfair business practice. They still to this day have the Boxed alarm system. I have been ripped off for $350 dollars, as the shop is refusing to refund any part of what i paid for a job poorly done. Let this serve as a warning to anyone that might be considering having an auto alarm system installed, steer clear of this place of business. They should stick to tires (ONLY)! I will attempt to contact the Corporate Company Office before reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau, WGN Channel 9 News, and The Harvey Office of Community Affairs. This Shop has only been doing business for a very short period of time and one would think that they would strive to generate repeat clientele by doing business on a professional level and always make any effort possible to resolve customer disputes. read more

This place just pissed me tf off!! I came in on a Saturday and specifically asked the man at the desk "how do you go about getting the windows tinted? Can I just walk in or do I need an appointment? The guy told me "no ma'am you need an appointment". So I proceeded to make one for the following Tuesday at 5 pm. I get to the place at exactly 4:20pm (earlier than 5pm) just for the man to tell me he can't honor my appointment because the boss took his cousin as a walk in and didn't have time. I hate when people like that take my time for granted and waste my gas!! I think it only happened because he was racist and I'm a black woman! I went there to get some used tires. The tech said the used tires were good. The following day, my front passenger tire was completely flat. Now i know used tires are at your own risk, but come on, the next day? Further more i took it to a trusted tire n mechanic shop i know, further out, he said the tire was bald completely and i needed new ones. Last week was my first time going to this place and I was very satisfied. I felt welcomed right away not to mention they did great work on my car. I needed 4 tires and window tints. do not go here unless you wana get beat up by employees and crap repairs . my fiancé came home with a fractured jaw and a hematoma on the back of his head. he went there last week and had something done on his tires went back because he took it elsewhere and they said the problem was with the work that the young man did on our truck. my fiancé took it back because they did the "repair" wrong and it could've caused our truck to flip if the tire was hit wrong. he went back and talked to the guy who did a shitty job the first time and tried to explain the simple fix.they argued and asked to speak to his manager and in turn my fiancé went to go talk to the actual manager and the employee and his brother (who also works there ) jump him! completely outrageous. then the manager apologized and then wanted to fix his car for free so he wouldnt call the cops. the employees said he was aggressive to the cops but the man he was arguing with was same height and same build. the only difference between the two was my fiancé is brown and the other two men are white. and ofcourse there cameras dont work when the police ask for the footage which is the iceing ontop. i bet you they would have worked if my fiancé wouldve placed even one hand on the employees! the employees and buisness will be getting a call from our attorney ! read more
