I should have been next. The truck was taking much longer than 10 minutes. The bay to my left opened up so this guy came out and told the pickup truck to move back. He had the car to my right pull into the open. I told him that I was next. He was a wise a** and said "you are next, right AFTER this vehicle is done." I left and I'll never go back. I was giving them a second chance after they didn't tighten oil pan nut when I took my wife's car there, which then leaked all over my garage floor. However, the Manager did a great job and took care of the situation by sending a man out to my house to correct it. That manager must not be there now because you can tell things aren't very well run. I called the Take 5 Customer Service twice today. The total between 2 calls was 25 minutes (1st -6 min.; 2nd-19min.). No answer. Take 5 or 10 or as long it takes because that's the last time I TAKE any time with these folks.
