If for whatever reason it's slow, the service is even faster because everyone jumps in to help in someway. Amazing value from top to bottom - customer service, service, to out the door in a timely manner. We were there because my father needed new tires. He was able to purchase and get them installed within about 30 minutes of time. Being able to go to a shop. Pull up, purchase new tires, and having them balanced and installed within like 30 minutes - is unheard of. Here on the other hand, this is possible. Overall: Definitely coming back in the future and will be referring family and friends for their exceptional service.

After the alignment my car was driving slightly more aligned. The next day it was completely pulling to the right . So i come back because I was warrantied 3 months. The first thing the alignment boss tells me is they dont warranty lowered cars. that they shouldnt of gave me warranty. Upon inspection he tells me the sway bar link bent and was installed incorrectly. So my thing is why are you aligning cars that arent ready to be aligned ? Now i have a bent sway bar end link that i have to replace myself. Waste of time.

When I arrived, he was working alone with a line of customers waiting, but he still took the time to acknowledge everyone and let us know he'd be with us as soon as possible. That level of customer service really stood out. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for used tires or any tire-related service. As a woman, I felt completely safe and comfortable, which means a lot. Diego's recommendations were honest and accurate, especially since I'd already gotten a second opinion elsewhere. He didn't try to upsell me or overcharge me--instead, he helped me find the most affordable solution first. It's rare to find someone with this level of integrity. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending him to others.

Even then he was priced fair, helpful and shared knowledge and got me set up with what I needed. Now I bought my wife a Subaru forester and the trans went out. After price shopping I finally remember to reach out and luckily still had his number. He told me he started a shop and so it worked perfect, he was also the best price around. Not only did he fix the transmission but found other damage it caused and fixed that too. His work was quick, reasonably priced, and has held up well. I waited until well after his warranty to write this but have had no issues. Happy to know we have a good Subaru mechanic around if we need anything else. Thanks again!

Really disappointing experience at Javis Tire Shop, especially considering this wasn't an employee…read moreacting like this, it was one of the brothers that owns the place. So this attitude clearly starts from the top. Your sign hanging outside literally says "PATCH $30." I came in for a nail in my tire and buddy tells me $35. Do I care about the extra $5? I literally could care less. But then why does your sign say $30? Either charge what the sign says or update the sign. But honestly the bigger issue was the attitude. From the first interaction until the second he finished, this guy had nothing but attitude and arrogance for absolutely no reason. Disgusting behavior coming from a business owner. Buddy, have you Googled how many tire shops are within a 0.1 mile radius from your location? You act like customers have nowhere else to go. I've personally come to you guys probably a dozen times, and my dad has come even more than me over the years. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. Count all those future $30 patches, tire replacements, rotations, and alignments you're gonna be missing out on from now on over an extra $5 and a terrible attitude. Good job little brother.
