Long story short, my tire started leaking air on the way from California to Vegas. I had it fixed in Kettleman City and everything seemed fine. Then, passing through Baker, the tire pressure started dropping again, slowly, so I decided to just make it to Vegas and deal with it the next day. While looking on Yelp for a good tire shop, I found Busy Bee. It was right near my hotel and, even better, they are open 24/7! I got there around 9:30 PM and was helped right away. The guy barely spoke English, but he found the problem immediately. Unfortunately, the new puncture was near the sidewall, so I needed a new tire. Luckily, they had one in stock. The only reason we've decided to make Big Brand Tires (Janelle's location) to be our car mechanic (old 2000s Camry, and Prius). From oil change, parts, tires, we trust Janelle to figure it out and really evaluate things really well. They also price match!! We've tried mom and pop shops. I'm also not usually a fan of mechanics via big chains but Janelle really takes care of you and your car!! She'll make sure things are done right. And super professional in calling back, scheduling, above and beyond excellent customer service, etc (rare for Vegas). We bring our own oil, oil filter and filters. They are and to work with it. And give me back leftover oil to continuously refill my car. Sorry to say, but where Janelle goes, we probably will follow.

He was honest, friendly, and always took great care of my vehicles. Unfortunately, this location has gone completely downhill. My most recent experience was unacceptable. We brought my wife's car in to have a nail removed from the tire. The staff informed us that they had damaged the rim protector, and I initially didn't make a big deal out of it because I understand accidents happen. However, when my wife got on the freeway, the damaged protector started banging against the vehicle before flying off completely. When we got home, we discovered a large chunk missing from the tire's sidewall area and significant damage to the rim. When I brought the vehicle back for the new manager, Janelle, to inspect, she immediately denied that her shop could have caused the damage and insisted it must have happened from us hitting something. This was especially frustrating because Gavin and Ayden, the employees who worked on the vehicle that day, had acknowledged that they damaged it. Despite that, Janelle refused to take responsibility or offer any reasonable solution to address the damage. Unfortunately, this wasn't the only red flag. During an earlier visit, we were asked to move the vehicle in and out of the service bay because none of the employees knew how to drive a manual transmission. That raised serious concerns about the staff's experience and training. Accidents can happen at any business. What matters is how management handles them. Acknowledging a mistake, taking responsibility, and working toward a fair resolution should be the bare minimum. Instead, Janelle was rude, confrontational, and unwilling to resolve the situation professionally. After years of being a customer, I can confidently say that I will never bring another vehicle to Big Brand Tires. It's disappointing to see a business that once provided excellent service decline so drastically under new management. I would strongly encourage ownership to reevaluate its management and staff training before more longtime customers walk away.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

I used to go to Discount Tire exclusively but the last few times I went there, they were only interested in selling me on their most expensive tires that I didn't even need. Not to mention they never even had my size in stock for any tire. I got fed up and found Tire Mart. Not only did they have what size I needed, but they always had different brands of tires in stock. I went with some Crossmax tires a couple years ago and happy to say they're still holding up very well. Best of all, it was about $200 cheaper for all four than Discunt Tire was for two of their cheapest tire that weren't even in stock. Fast forward, I bought some wheels for my car and of course Discunt Tire was trying to upsell me on their ugly wheels instead of mounting the ones I already bought. Also trying to sell me on tires that were absolutely not needed and quoted me $2600 in total for everything. I went back to Tire Mart, and they installed my existing tires onto my new rims and mounted them on the car for only $160. Took less than two hours also vs probably taking all day at the other place. Customer service is always great here, prices are definitely fair, service itself is pretty quick. I'm doing some more work to my car soon and will use Tire Mart for their services. They offer many different financing options as well. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family and will continue to do business with them myself. I live on the southwest side of Vegas and the drive to Tire Mart on Losee is worth it.
