First time here I'm one of the many that got nail in my rear tire. Glad it wasn't busy able to get the nail out and patched up in 15min. They were very helpful and it only cost $20 not bad definitely coming back and got some good deals on tires

Lobby with broken vending machine with exploded soda cans inside lol, complimentary water thought :)

I found out about this place through IG when Discount Tire's soonest open avail. was a week out! My iPhone being nosy, allowed a bunch of tire shop ad show up on my feed lol. This is my third time coming to this business (both Sahara and Charleston locations). This time I brought in a set of 22" wheels and tires to mount on our new to us RX450hL, also to transfer the TPMS from the OEM wheels. Quality of product/service: Great, fast service, and just straight to the point. No hidden charges at the counter (ehem Tire Works). No damage done to the wheels, an issue we had from a bigger chain (ehem Tire Works again) on this matter. Customer service: Their IG account manager was quick to reply and professional. Straight to the point answers to your question and price quote was the same range when I got to the shop (ehem Tire works again with their hidden fees and lies). Establishment: Old, kinda unsanitary looking lobby, broken vending machine with exploded soda cans inside, etc. lol but as long as the job is done right, it's all good! No restrooms, but I probably wouldn't want to go in if there was one anyway. Price point: Fair pricing. I recently had the same job done to another car at Tire Works and cost 1/3 more than what they charged me here. And TW damaged my freshly powder coated wheels (yes, plural). This place is a far drive from me but well worth it. Tip: Their alignment service is priced reasonably too. Do I recommend this place, or will I come back? I highly recommend this place and I will bring in more business to them. Hoping that by then, their Desert In location or Mobile service will be open.

1.Front passenger side tire. This is the tire they switched for mine.

This tire express location at Las Vegas at 4002 W. Charleston Blvd Las Vegas NV 89102 is the office I am filing a complaint against, they have the same website so apparently they are affiliated. I Went there to have a slow leak in my right passenger side tire repaired for my Dodge Ram truck. After they put the tire back onto my truck I noticed it was not the same tire he took he took off my truck but a old warn tire that did not match the set of 4 tires I bought not to long ago. When I brought this to their attention the young lady (said her name is on the business) called me insane and never to come back to their shop. After a few minutes of hearing her insult me I decided to head down to the shop I bought the set of tires from and they confirmed with their records the tire was not one of the set of four they sold to me. I will be filing a small claims law suit 10 days after I send them a demand letter if they do not make this right.

My tire being fixed

I came here to get a used tired the man told me $60 what the entire hell i know this is Las Vegas but damn are you serious some places it's $25 -$35 this is crazy

I could get in immediately

The only reason we've decided to make Big Brand Tires (Janelle's location) to be our car mechanic (old 2000s Camry, and Prius). From oil change, parts, tires, we trust Janelle to figure it out and really evaluate things really well. They also price match!! We've tried mom and pop shops. I'm also not usually a fan of mechanics via big chains but Janelle really takes care of you and your car!! She'll make sure things are done right. And super professional in calling back, scheduling, above and beyond excellent customer service, etc (rare for Vegas). We bring our own oil, oil filter and filters. They are and to work with it. And give me back leftover oil to continuously refill my car. Sorry to say, but where Janelle goes, we probably will follow.

He was honest, friendly, and always took great care of my vehicles. Unfortunately, this location has gone completely downhill. My most recent experience was unacceptable. We brought my wife's car in to have a nail removed from the tire. The staff informed us that they had damaged the rim protector, and I initially didn't make a big deal out of it because I understand accidents happen. However, when my wife got on the freeway, the damaged protector started banging against the vehicle before flying off completely. When we got home, we discovered a large chunk missing from the tire's sidewall area and significant damage to the rim. When I brought the vehicle back for the new manager, Janelle, to inspect, she immediately denied that her shop could have caused the damage and insisted it must have happened from us hitting something. This was especially frustrating because Gavin and Ayden, the employees who worked on the vehicle that day, had acknowledged that they damaged it. Despite that, Janelle refused to take responsibility or offer any reasonable solution to address the damage. Unfortunately, this wasn't the only red flag. During an earlier visit, we were asked to move the vehicle in and out of the service bay because none of the employees knew how to drive a manual transmission. That raised serious concerns about the staff's experience and training. Accidents can happen at any business. What matters is how management handles them. Acknowledging a mistake, taking responsibility, and working toward a fair resolution should be the bare minimum. Instead, Janelle was rude, confrontational, and unwilling to resolve the situation professionally. After years of being a customer, I can confidently say that I will never bring another vehicle to Big Brand Tires. It's disappointing to see a business that once provided excellent service decline so drastically under new management. I would strongly encourage ownership to reevaluate its management and staff training before more longtime customers walk away.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

I used to go to Discount Tire exclusively but the last few times I went there, they were only interested in selling me on their most expensive tires that I didn't even need. Not to mention they never even had my size in stock for any tire. I got fed up and found Tire Mart. Not only did they have what size I needed, but they always had different brands of tires in stock. I went with some Crossmax tires a couple years ago and happy to say they're still holding up very well. Best of all, it was about $200 cheaper for all four than Discunt Tire was for two of their cheapest tire that weren't even in stock. Fast forward, I bought some wheels for my car and of course Discunt Tire was trying to upsell me on their ugly wheels instead of mounting the ones I already bought. Also trying to sell me on tires that were absolutely not needed and quoted me $2600 in total for everything. I went back to Tire Mart, and they installed my existing tires onto my new rims and mounted them on the car for only $160. Took less than two hours also vs probably taking all day at the other place. Customer service is always great here, prices are definitely fair, service itself is pretty quick. I'm doing some more work to my car soon and will use Tire Mart for their services. They offer many different financing options as well. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family and will continue to do business with them myself. I live on the southwest side of Vegas and the drive to Tire Mart on Losee is worth it.
