I think dryers should have a little more time at a slightly lower temperature for the same price. I had a couple tops shrink quite a bit due to the very high heat, but the lower temp options left everything too damp. There's someone on duty, and they keep the place relatively clean. And the change machine worked! So many laundromats have broken vending machines.

There's plenty of big machines for washing and drying. My rating is really reflected on the 1 or 2 persons here always on site. To me, that's a big deal because I've been to other laundromats where there's no one on site and there were occasions of when a machine would eat my coins and there's no one on site to help. They did make a few gay jokes that I didn't appreciate but not directed to me, still made me feel uncomfortable. It got really busy around 8pm and when I arrived around 6pm it was pretty empty. The establishment is always very clean, and they provide all the essentials. Like most laundromats, there's a change machine, but what I really appreciate is that they also sell detergent, bleach, and fabric softener in case you forget yours (which I did). It's super convenient, and I love that the products are clearly labeled with pictures and even have labels in Spanish! I truly trust this place with my personal items, and the location makes it even better--it's in a mini plaza, so while you wait for your laundry you can grab something to eat nearby or do a little shopping at Mercado Julian's just a few doors down. A little more than my home washer could handle, so, I went to Lainey Lily Laundry to use a heavy duty washer. In my younger, earlier days of laundry, I was always impressed by this facility but realized there are different owners...yeah! So, went to a heavy duty machine next to one that was running with 2 sleeping bags in it...and put in the two dogs beds, nothing huge, mind you, and my Tide pod. Yikes, then a fellow who had been sitting in his car, came in to let me know that the dogs beds/flat pads were not allowed as they would damage his machine. Sleeping bags are heavier when wet, but I explained my situation, he felt the need to show me the damage that had been caused in a prior situation. Long story short, YOU'VE LOST A CUSTOMER!
