It took 4 days but since we had time it wasn't a big deal. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because though the alteration was simple it was not done correctly. We only needed about an inch of the straps to be taken in and when we received it, it was as if there was no adjustments made. The workers were nice and took it back, but did mention to us that they send out all alterations to someone else so had to resend it out to their seamstress. If you have alterations that are more major and need to try on to ensure it is done and fits correctly I would go to where there is a in-house seamstress just to be on the safe side. I would go back for small alterations such as hems and do you plan on going there to get dry cleaning to give that a shot.
