This company did not do an inspection of the attic, just recommended the "encapsulation" based on their assumptions. We contacted Koala for a second quote and Bruce spent time walking our entire attic. He reported we had no damage due to the cleared rodents and did note our 17 year old home did have some spots where the insulation was not up to R38 standards (some areas only had 4" of insulation. Koala came out and upgraded the entire attic to a consistent 14" of insulation for $1500. We couldn't be happier! We feel we are well insulated and Bruce and the Koala team are professional, efficient, honest and of the highest integrity.

The service guys had to RE-WIRE my BRAND NEW HOUSE because their rough crew did a half-assed install. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers.
