There was timely and frequent communication throughout the whole process, which I appreciated since the work was being done while I was at my job and not able to be there physically. He was on time, friendly, and took the time to do a thorough site walk before getting started. He completed everything exactly as discussed, and the quality of the work was outstanding. He even went the extra mile and replaced a pair of second-story floodlight bulbs that I couldn't reach. We'll definitely be calling Hasan again for future window and gutter maintenance.
