Excellent work I did my research it was a 45 minute drive for me to come here But I brought in boots that needed some TLC and this was the only place I trusted after reading reviews elsewhere They didn't disappoint I recommend this 100% read more

The wife is a thief and a liar. I brought in shoes. Her idiot husband tore off more than he should have and she charged me an extra $30 to get my shoes back. It was supposed to be a $25 job and it ended up costing me $55. There are other people who do this work in Northport. These people are scammers. read more

Did a difficult shoe repair . On time and at the. Agreed price.good place to do business

The service I had to the tips of my Kate Spade shoes was timely and professional and reasonably priced.

I had the zippers in my daughter's tall equestrian show boots replaced . Initially we had one zipper replaced. They did such a great job exactly matching the other zipper when the zipper on the other boot broke as well we had that done at Tip Top too. Saved us buying and breaking in new boots. It did take a couple of weeks, but the job was worth the wait. read more

Great to find a shoe repair shop that solves your repair need with very professional expertise. Highly recommend this shop for those needs.

I had my shoes broken after going once to my friend birthday and found this Tip Top Shoe Service on my way home. I really loved my shoes so I was hoping they would do something to them. When I walked in, I sow good looking lady , she was polite to me and answered questions I had. They have done all the work really good and fast. Also I bought a pair of their leather shoes , and they welcomed me the whole time I was in their store. New owners are nice people. Recommend this shop for sure!!! You all guys have to give it a try!!! read more

I had a few trips to the shoe repair shop and I have only good experiences with it. Last time I brought my favorite shoes and the sole was complete broken. I didn't even expect they can save my shoes life.... but shoemaker surprised me of his work again! Highly recommend this shoe repair shop!! read more

Terrible experience. Good luck getting these people to help you. I asked the clerk to please put on her mask because the place is tiny with no air circulation. I guess she didn't like it because the shoemaker refused to fix my shoe. The clerk, who is also the shoemaker's interpreter, said he said my shoe stinks (which it doesn't) and he would not perform simple repair. I spoke with my wonderful regular shoe maker in N.E. He laughed, said he always sprays worn shoes with lysol and invited me to mail my shoe to him for repair. read more

This shop did an amazing repair job on my Hoka sandals. The shoes were ready on time in only 1 week. I highly recommend.

They did a great job on my (several pair) shoes. Place is no frills, no chit chat. Pay at time of drop off. They were fast on the turn around with just 3 days. read more

I have now made three trips to Tip Top Shoe Service, with two pairs of shoes for repair each time. The first visit was somewhat experimental, since all cobblers are not the same, and I was happily surprised at the quality of the repairs! Roman, the owner, always surpasses my expectations; I think you will agree too. read more

Needed a belt shortened. The people there were very nice and friendly, and professional. They were able to make the adjustment while I waited. Price was very fair and reasonable. I will be going back again when I have an issue with leather, shoes, etc. read more

I own very expensive Johnston and Murphy dress shoes and one pair, a hole developed in one of the sole. I went into this establishment because they close at 5 pm, where other repair shops close earlier. I didn't think the shoe was repairable. I was excited that the cobbler said he could repair it and replace the heals. Its a family operation and the members are from Ukraine. (They are collecting donations for Ukraine refugees. Please consider dropping off some cash). I picked up my shoes one week later and they looked like the day I bought the shoes. i read reviews where people are upset because they won't quote a price over the phone. Seriously, how could they just give a price without seeing the item. I found the price reasonable and ready when promised. They could change the store name to Top Notch Shoe Service because that's what was delivered. read more

They provide an excellent service! The front desk lady looks like a model, speaks Russian and English pretty good. The owner of this business has over 20 years experience to do shoe repair back in Europe , that's I now , and he doing his job awesome . I have expensive shoes and always trust and do repair in their store . read more

Tip Top Shoe Service - High heel shoes repair - Shoe Stores Near Me - Venice, Florida

I've been in once, to get 3 holes punched in a leather strap, $1 per hole, no tax, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. This looks to be a mom and pop low overhead operation, and very old school. The man is the cobbler and I assume it's his wide who answers the phone and covers the front desk. Neither speak English well; the may be from Eastern Europe. As someone who has lived abroad, please show some patience for immigrants to our country. The woman had very broken English, though she could understand me perfectly well. I can also understand why they would be hesitant to give an estimate without looking at the shoe, leather bag or whatever you need repaired - an auto body shop or a mechanic wouldn't quote you a price without seeing the car. Show a little patience and you might be surprised that this small little shop does a fine job. read more

Very happy with this old school shop. I do not understand the earlier reviews - I did not call, but came in person with two pairs of shoes. One was repairable (great job!) and the other was not (only by coming to the shop could that be determined). Becky J., Mary W. and Steve B. - you did not give this shop a chance - it is a good one. read more

The worst customer service! Rude and bad attitude. They clearly don't enjoy their work.

This guy reminds me of the, Soup Nazi, on Seinfeld. No soup for you!!! I think he has been breathing to much glue for to long. Can't speak about his work since a good scolding was all I got. read more

The man who answered the phone and who I assume runs the store was sooo rude to me! I simply asked him for a guesstimate on how much a sole replacement would be on a pair of mens leather boots size 10 and he told me I'd have to bring them in. I told him it's a far drive and I'd just like an idea of how much. Then he told me he wouldn't talk about it and then hung up! He can forget about my busineess! I'm pissed. That's no way to treat a potential customer. Good luck on your business acting like an asshole. read more

STAY AWAY! I called this shoe repair to ask a question. I didn't even get my question out when he said I need to see the shoes, good bye! I couldn't believe it. This incredibly rude man who you can't hardly understand just hung up on me before he even knew what I was asking. I will not be taking the shoes to him needless to say. read more

I'm with Remy. Get off the couch, go to the shop, leave off your shoes and pick them up when they are ready.
