Our pup was still very nervous and scared but they took great care of her while she was there. They were so kind and gentle with her from what I saw when I dropped her off and picked her up. They also did a wonderful job and cut her exactly how I wanted her cut. The only thing I would recommend they do moving forward is to overestimate the time it will take. They told me 3 hours and after 4 hours, our pup still wasn't ready. We had a training session booked so I had to have them rush the rest of the service. Next time I'll know to make an appointment earlier in the day and expect it to take most of the day.

They have a cozy set-up with a tv on the wall and a nice-sized kennel (ready with clean blankets) and inside the kennel, there was a smaller crate for my pup to relax in. My dog is used to a crate and she did great. There were a lot of other pets there when I brought her in and she was excited/happy so I felt comfortable and knew she would be fine. I picked my Sophie up today and she was all dog smiles & excited! She even tried to pull me back into the Prim & Trim building. :-) I know she enjoyed her stay. Will definitely bring her back for future boarding. Please note: The owner discussed "pet drop-off and pick up times" both times I called for inquiry, so I completely understood their pet policy. She also gave a tour of the facility beforehand and I was impressed.
