I LOVE Tiny Tots. I love the people who work there, I love the products, I love the support and guidance, I love the events. I wish I owned Tiny Tots. My favorite part is that I can call ahead of time and tell the gals what age child I need a gift for, they tell me the best options, and they wrap it for me and take my card over the phone. All me or my hubby have to do is pick it up. You can't beat that. read more

I've found most of the prices to be pretty close to that of Amazon which is great if you need a diaper cover in a pinch. Prices on boutiquey items (private label clothing, high end strollers) are 100% of retail but hey this is a local mom&pop business so I'm happy to purchase. The sales are awesome and the Family Days are a great opportunity to find the newest service, have your kids try free skateboard lessons and get your car seats inspected. The shop also has a variety of classes and support groups for new moms and parents new to cloth diapering. We are blessed to have such a great place for our families and kids! read more

This is a larger boutique, they have many things, I think their main attraction is the cloth diaper service and clasess, I like the toys, they have nice and cool clothes too, they have not only cute but useful products. i just signed up for their compostable diaper service, It is great, they deliver 100% biodegradable diapers to my door step, and pick up the used ones every week to take them to the compost facility, I am very happy with this. read more

It's a lot more convenient for me to order diapers online because this store is a bit of a drive especially with a newborn, but I don't because its the customer service that sells this place. The ladies that work here are so helpful and kind that I take all my cloth diapering business here. All the staff is super knowledgable about cloth diapers which really helped me in the beginning. I've taken a cloth diaper class here which I absolutely loved and I recommend to anyone thinking of trying cloth. I haven't used the diaper service, but I did purchase their prefolds ( which they use in the service) and they held up great. I think this place deserves more than 5 stars just for their awesome staff! read more

Did the car seat installation instruction with Ben. He's very knowledgeable regarding car seats and also about rules and regulations about the seats. You'd think it would be simple but it really isn't and it's time and money well spent. read more

I have to admit -being first-time mom, I haven't exactly scoured high and low for the ultimate baby store. However, I had a few friends recommend this place to me and I was planning on using their diaper service anyway... so I checked out the boutique and was not disappointed. The staff there are VERY friendly. They try to be as helpful as they can without being a nuisance. If you know what you're looking for, you can just wave hi and walk through. But if you need some help - there's usually someone available to not just point you to a spot in the store, but to try and help you find the "right" item. I also love the baby clothes they have there. A lot of super cute patterns and styles, they carry quite a few Tea brand items, and more than average organic/eco-friendly options. There are also lots of other useful items, diaper covers, nursing bras, accessories for diapering/feeding/nursing etc. Very practical, good selection and again - someone willing to share feedback they have around what works/doesn't work so great from their experiences. Need swim diapers? They got 'em. Good hats for sun protection? Check. Cloth butt wipes? Yup. Ugly Dolls? (A favorite of my kid) yessirree.... I love the fact that they are a locally owned establishment that has just been kicking butt over the years - parking can be a bit challenging - their lot has 4 or 5 spaces only - so be prepared to park on the street and take a short walk. If you are a south bay resident and know of someone who is going to have or have your own baby - definitely worth checking out. read more

I have been coming to Tiny Tots for 6 years now! I first discovered this gem of a store after my son was born and was impressed with the customer service that we received that day. I've been back many times over the years to buy diapers, nursing products, herbs, toys, etc for my kids and as gifts. Their level of service never fails to exceed expectation. I am so glad that I have found such a wonderful store that I feel good about supporting. read more

This store isn't bad, but I was very disappointed in their registry. I registered at lullaby lane (www.lullabylane.com? ), babybuzz (http://www.babybuzzcafe.com), and tiny tots...babybuzz has a better quality of stuff, and their registry was easier for my friends to use than tots...lullaby lane had an easy registry, but their products aren't as nice as either of the other two. read more

This was one of my favorite places to shop for great quality baby clothing, until today. I had a very unpleasant experience when paying for the items I purchased. The sales lady was giving me attitude, probably because I got them from the clearance racks. Sorry, aren't you trying to clear out your inventory??? After this time, I'm not sure I will go back. With the economy not going well, all the others stores are trying to attract customers. I can do without this. read more

I have been super pleased with Tiny Tots diaper service. I am using the mixed service, which allows me to throw my soiled cotton diapers, compostable diapers, and compostable wipes all in one bag and return them. They separate out the re-usable from the compostable for me, which makes my life easier. I also frequently buy things from the boutique and have them delivered to me (for free) with my weekly delivery of diapers, which is also extremely convenient for a new mom. One time, an order came wrong, and I called and within an hour they had come to my house to deliver the right thing. Talk about service! read more

Tiny Tots is a nice baby boutique. It is pricey, but isn't that implied in the name baby boutique? They have high quality merchandise and most if not all of their toys are safe for your little one to be sucking on. They have a good variety of merchandise considering the store is not that large. They also have a restroom, changing room (has a chair and scale so you can nurse and then weigh your baby) and an area for your children to play while you shop. They also have classes such as CPR and baby wrapping (i.e. slings, moby, etc.). When I purchased a nursing bra from Tiny Tots they were so helpful in explaining to me what to look for and finding the correct size. I have always received great customer service while shopping and they have complimentary gift wrap. Their diaper service may be a whole other Yelp review, but when we used the service I was VERY pleased. They were extremely organized, prompt, and friendly. read more

Lovew this placve and the only reason I gave 4 stars is becasuse some of their clothes are at designer prices. Other than that they are THE place for mamma/baby items. They have a room full of breastfeeding supplies and accessories for pumps as well as a good selection of Earth mama Angel Baby products and fantastic swaddling blankets. The reason I go here so often is for the cloth diapering supplies. Tiny tots is the ONLY place in the bay area that has a range of cloth diapers for you to look at play with and figure out. When you first think out cloth diapering you think those pieces of cotton you fold around your baby and fasten with a pin, Tiny tots allows you to use those through their diapering service but also has fuzzibunz, bumgenius, bambino mio and a bunch of other modern cloth diapers that are just as easy to use as disposables. When I first came here when I was pregnant, my mother and I spent 2 hours in the cloth diaper section figuring out which ones we thought I would want to use on my baby. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable of the product and had no issues with us playing with the samples for so long. Whenever I need to increase my stash, I always come here first. Thanks Tiny tots for providing earth friendly essentials to eco-conscious mammas! read more

Great resource for a growing family! Not to mention super affordable option for diapers. Very personable staff!

I love this place. When I was pregnant they were so helpful wherever I stopped in the store. While some of their items are a bit pricey, you pay for the Boutique experience and I'm ok with that since I feel like I get personalized experience. My only negative is their hours; I would like to be able to shop later in the evening on my way home after work. I would recommend this store to any pregnant or new moms. read more

I have been in a few times now for various things. Today I went in to look for a baby carrier and had the opportunity to talk with J. She was amazing!! Knowledgeable and really cared about helping me find the carrier that was right for me and my son. They carry local, organic and green products. I prefer going here over the "big box" stores. read more

Went here since its description included baby gear. They only have one stroller and a handful of car seats. Also their products are very expensive- it's definitely a store to buy a few select items rather than stocking up on supplies. The staff was very helpful but I can not say I will come back to purchase any products - the $50 organic onsie for a baby is a bit too much for me. read more

I had both my baby seat and now my toddler seat inspected by Ben. He is great... he is so knowledgeable about car seats and child safety since he works at a children's hospital. He spends a lot of time making sure the car seat is installed properly and is willing to answer dumb questions. He is great at what he does because he genuinely cares. read more

I highly recommend Uplifts Intimates bra fitting services inside Tiny Tots. Sally is amazing and very helpful. I have large breasts and she was able to fit me and make recommendations on different bras. She is also a mom so has first hand experience of the journey we are on. If you are struggling to find nursing bras I definitely recommend reaching out to Sally. read more

I'm just so thrilled to know that Tiny Tots are still in business. I used them 25 to 30 years ago for both my daughters and loved everything about them but best of all that it allowed me to use such a natural product and avoid adding to the land fills with plastic diapers. When I hear some one uses Tiny Tots, it brings back a smile to my face! read more

Love this store! They carry high quality items & it's easy to shop while your child plays in the gated play area. We love the pics with Santa and other memorable keepsake events they have! Highly recommend it! read more

I LOVE this store. It's the perfect place for adorable gifts and good quality things for mom, kid & baby. They also have brands that you wouldn't normally find at babiesRus or Target. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. You can get the latest & greatest of cool kid things right in one place. If you are breastfeeding or doing cloth diapers or are into 'green' and 'eco friendly' things for your kids, this is the one stop shop for you. I highly recommend this place! read more

Not only do they sell eco-friendly, organic and natural baby products, but they are one of the few stores in the area that sell nursing bras and pump accessories. I love that they have rocking chairs and a scale in their dressing room for nursing, and they offer complimentary cloth diapers for shoppers that use their diaper service. read more

Tiny Tots is simply the best! I researched diaper services and read several great reviews about Tiny Tots and decided to go with them over other services. I have been pleased with every aspect of their service. Being new to cloth diapering, I made several adjustments to my service in the first few months. Every time I have called, I am greeted by friendly people who offer good advice. In addition, I accidentally threw a pair of my daughter's pants in with the diapers and when I called, they actually tracked down my bag of dirty diapers, sifted through it, found the pants, and sent them back to me the next week. If you are thinking about cloth diapers, I strongly suggest you go with Tiny Tots! read more

Great kids shop in a darling neighborhood! Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of cute gift ideas too. I love shopping in locally owned businesses and they have not let me down. I come often when I come to grab a bite to eat. read more

Love this place! I started using them as a diaper service for my daughter, but eventually gave up on trying to be an environmentally aware mom, avoiding pampers. If you do use their diaper service, you can shop online and have items delivered with your diapers, which is kind of cool. I am a true fan of this store. They have really great gifts like Melissa and Doug wooden toys, Ugly dolls and beautiful clothes for kids. They carry a lot of the upper end brands like Tea, Sweet Potatoes, Hartstrings and a ton of others. They will wrap anything for you. You can even call ahead of time, tell them what you want, have them charge your card, wrap the gift and pick it up. One day, my daughter had to wear orange to school, but she forgot and we arrived to school early in her uniform. We saw some kids in orange and panicked. We got back in the car, called Tiny Tots, told them we were on our way and needed anything they had in orange. When I arrived, they had two orange outfits ready to go. We made it to school in orange clothes with a couple minutes to spare. I call that super customer service. They also have really great sales at the end of each season. read more
