Her quality of care for my wife was 10/10!! Once they took her back for the surgery I received a phone call from Dr. Vande Ven approximately 55 minutes later and she said everything went great. 30 minutes later I received another phone call from Tia who took me back to see my wife. Tia assisted me in placing her in a wheelchair and gave me home care instructions prior to leaving. Today's experience was great and all staff were great. Rosa starts to remove my gel polish, then what seems to be her regular customer comes in and sits across from us - I assume I got double booked because Rosa starts to rush and seems nervous. Very quickly, my gel manicure turns into a polish change. Rosa removes my polish, puts new polish on, and says shes finished and requests $40. She did not do any kind of manicure; all she did was a basic polish change. She requested $40 for this polish change. Here are the prices on her desk: Gel manicure $35+ Spa manicure $40+ I told her I did not receive a manicure and explained that she did not push back, cut my cuticles, buff my nails or do anything other than change the polish. Her response, "You didn't need your cuticles cut and you received a manicure." I asked her how much she charges for a polish change, and she repeated to me that I got a manicure. I told her I would pay for a polish change but not a manicure because I didn't receive a manicure. I explained how a manicure involves nipping and cutting cuticles at minimum and she once again stated that I didn't need my cuticles cut, so she didn't do it. We went back and forth repeating ourselves until I finally asked for a manager, then she said there is no manager to speak to. I once again asked how much a polish change is and she snarled at me that I don't have to pay anything and can leave. So I left. I get my nails done on a regular basis and know the difference between a manicure and a polish change. Apparently, this manicurist does not. I wouldn't recommend this place because of Rosa. I hope she doesn't rip off other people charging $40 for a simple polish change and calling it a manicure.

There wasn't much redness, swelling, frosting, or soreness like I expected, and it honestly doesn't even look different. Any time I have seen her and the previous provider, I have always felt welcomed and that all my concerns have always been addressed. The staff is really friendly and they are always helpful. No one really enjoys visiting doctor's offices, but any time me or my son has visited, we always feel the girls do their best. The office is really nice, wait time is never too long, rooms are always clean and the offices are located in nice areas with plenty of parking. If you're looking for a dermatologist, I highly recommend this place. There's no cure for my psoriasis, but they always help me the best they can and make me feel cared for.
