Don't be put off by the exterior of the building (it's tucked away in the back of a little church) the staff seem lovely and even our youngest little boy who has never been left with anyone is happy to go. It's made a great stepping stone between being at home and being ready for school and the staff are both friendly and helpful and seem to be good educators. The pre school room is well planned and equipped for the age range and the outdoor play area is suitable for both pre schoolers and toddlers (they go out together). Our older kids who are now at school would have loved this programme if we had known about it then! It helps get the kids used to school concepts (alphabet, numbers, fire safety etc) as well as routines and instructions from other adults before school. I recommend this programme to anyone who would like to give their kids the experience of suck a setting prior to starting school. I also like that it's co- operative so parents take snack in for all the children, every now and then (maybe once or twice a month depending on how many kids are in the class and how often yours attends) but the rest of the month you don't need to worry about packing snack for your child! I find the leadership fair but firm and they encourage children and parents to talk to them. They have an open door policy. We had to call a few times over the years and we found that leadership takes the time to listen before they interject and always respond promptly. As far as the education? If test scores are an indicator then the education received is top notch and very competitive. My favourite part is that our children were exposed to many growth opportunities from athletics to nature education in the forest, to ski trips and much more. All done in a safe and well managed environment. St Laurent Academy helped my children succeed while providing a safe and nurturing environment. What more could a parent want?

I complained.. well the next day, I show up early and Becky again on her phone my son is screaming crying and bleeding from his eye ... another kid (BIGGER kid) bit my son in the eye. Becky had 2 children to watch that day. I took my son out and have filed many reports of neglect on Becky ABC covered for her I even moved from the neighbourhood that girl does not deserve to be in the care of a child. On another note, when my son's dad went to pick him up Becky was flirting with my son's dad.... She is an awful person. I would not recommend putting your child in this girl's care she is at this job for the wrong reasons and she is one of their main caregivers And they will cover for their staff at all costs Hence, why it's one of the only daycare that doesn't have cameras for you to watch your kid There was a few staff that wasn't that bad But I would not recommend having Becky as your child's caretaker for the day And the fact that ABC covered for her just shows what kind of garbage company that is
