The last time was when we were putting a binder together for a conference we were hosting. The printing was awesome but I realized I forgot a couple critical pages. I sent them over to rapid print in the morning expecting I might have to wait until the next day and they had them done for me at noon! I swung by and picked them up and didn't have to stress. As a small business owner there are plenty of other things to stress about. At least I don't have to about whether or not I can rely on my printer.
