We just had our newborn photo shoot with Julie and the whole experience was wonderful. Her selection of props and color choices were vast and she'll help you come up with the perfect color & set combinations. Our little guy required lots of feeding, burping and bouncing in between each "set." Julie was beyond (and I mean BEYOND) patient and had several tricks up her sleeve to help calm him down as she positioned him for the different photos. The gallery to view the photos was done in a couple of days which allowed us to quickly select the ones we wanted to move forward with. We will definitely be recommending her services to our friends! One very important thing to note -- she offers parking at her studio which was super helpful and convenient with a 2 week old in tow :) read more

Loved how all our newborn photos turned out. Julie is so responsive, flexible and easy to work with. We had to reschedule our session a couple of times so we were excited when the day finally came. I was not quite sure how the session would turn out if the baby cried or wanted to eat. She's a pro at calming a fussy baby! I worked with Julie, owner of Tiny Apple Photography, for my maternity photo shoot. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! Customer service is so important to me when choosing businesses to work with, and her service was excellent. I love the responsiveness and quick turnaround. Prior to the photo session, there was a lot of communication and Julie provided advice on what to wear and even came prepared with her own props and clothing, if I needed it. The pictures came out even better than I expected! Julie is a very talented photographer. She knew the right settings, lighting, positions, everything. We had an excellent experience working with Julie. Our first newborn session was during Covid and she used many precautions and made us feel very safe. For our second newborn session she was very accommodating and fit us in despite not giving her a lot of notice. She took her time during the session and we never felt rushed. I liked her style, not over the top with lots of excessive props, but rather focusing on the baby. Our pictures were available very quickly and we absolutely loved them! read more

Julie is a true professional! We worked with her for our newborn photoshoot during covid-times and she thought of everything to make us feel comfortable and prepared to have a smooth photoshoot with our 10 day old newborn. Julie was patient and understanding as our son woke up and needed a feeding during the shoot and also provided many recommendations in advance for how to prepare for a positive session. Her work is incredible too -- the images she took were all so great and she retouched them really well! Our son had some flaky skin that was showing in the original images and after retouching you would have no idea he was experiencing this. I am very grateful for her time and will definitely work with her again in the future -- hopefully cake smash at 1 year :) read more

My husband and I thought we could take newborn photos ourselves but with a fussy newborn we quickly realized how hard it is. we came across Tiny Apple Photography on yelp and were able to schedule a session in a matter of days. We are so incredibly pleased with the results! Julie was amazing with our son - she is like a baby whisperer! We thought for sure the session would take forever with him being so fussy but she handled him so delicately and was able to capture perfect pictures. We ended up ordering prints and a baby book which we'll cherish forever. If we have a second child we will for sure be back. I highly recommend! read more

We had the best experience working with Julie for our newborn photos. The hospital where we delivered was not offering photos because of COVID, so we reached out to a few places a couple weeks after our daughter was born and were impressed with Julie's responsiveness, straightforward pricing, and health/safety protocols. Did a lot of hunting to find the perfect, no catch, photographer. Really appreciated her straightforward pricing and transparency. Was so easy to work with and made this such less of a hassle than others I inquired with. It can be challenging enough with a newborn so this meant a lot to me and I was able to get priceless images for my baby at a very reasonable price! My parents were visiting from Nigeria and really wanted to do a family photo shoot. Initially, I was a bit hesitant to do the shoot with Julie because I thought she only really did newborn photography but I reached out anyway and turns out I couldn't have been more wrong. Also, even though I reached out on very short notice, she was very responsive and accommodating. We were even a bit late to the appointment and she didn't even mention it. Julie is an amazing photographer who knows her stuff, I had a big family (no kids) and she helped us with poses and gave us professional advice that helped our photos come out amazing in the end! So if you're looking to do a family photo shoot, don't be fooled by all the newborn photographs like I almost was, she does a fantastic job with grown-ups as well.
