Owner was condescending and rude pretty much from the start blaming the insurance companies for undercutting his prices and that they were trying to make a killing from all the claims coming in from the hail damage storm. In the end he still got $250 from me (insurance reimbursed) for doing the estimate. I don't ever recall being charged for estimates before and after the discussions with the owner it seems he is the one trying gouge people for more money. I told him my comp deductible is $100 and that is all I'll be paying. Luckily Caliber Collison works with insurance companies and has a better reputation. DO NOT GO HERE.

I saved $5500 for the exact same vehicle/model/everything was the same. This dealership is close to my house so for maintenance I took it there. BIG Mistake! They put my tow package on crooked, and my AC wasn't working which I didn't know at the time but they passed it on my routine maintenance, I had to get the AC checked out at a separate appt two days later and they messed that up too. I'm disappointed with my Toyota in general, poor quality. Stick with Honda or another company. Either way, don't buy from Lakeshore!
