DO NOT GIVE THIS LIAR & THUG YOUR BUSINESS! I had my wife's new minivan tinted here and they did a great job on the windows. HOWEVER, there were 4 creases in the windshield tint directly in the driver's line of sight. Initially they were barely visible from the outside, but definitely distracting from the driver's seat. The first time I brought it back they were able to heat it up and smooth it out somewhat, to the point that there were no visible imperfections from the outside, but it was definitely still visible while driving. Keith said "I can't do it any better than that", and that there would be creases in the tint on the windshield no matter what due to the windshield's size. After he agreed to replace it, I made an appointment for a few weeks later. When I arrived for my appointment, he was nowhere to be found. When he finally showed up 15 minutes late, he immediately took an aggressive tone & posture and told me that he wouldn't replace it. I asked him why he let me make an appointment to get it replaced if he wasn't going to replace it, and he got even more aggressive and began berating me. As another reviewer said, he then offered to rip it off and give my money back. I told him not to do anything and I would just leave. I then went back to my car where my wife was waiting and told her we were leaving. When I turned around, Keith had the van's driver door open and a blowtorch in his hand. I told him to get away from my property and he didn't budge. I repeated this 2-3 more times and he eventually got in my face, obviously ready to assault me. After a few seconds he stormed off, calling me a pu$$y among other things and generally cussing me out. My wife & I just got in our vehicles and left. I can't believe that a small business owner in 2023 would treat any customer this way. I never asked for anything more than what he promised, and was verbally and nearly physically assaulted for it. read more

I Have used Kieth at Tint Crafters in Littleton since I think 2006 and he has done 6 of my cars I think most recent my Corvette and he does such a good job on all of cars. My Vette is Red and he said he can even put a Slayer Decal on the back of my window I might take up his offer. But anyways these guys rock thats all I use is his company I go back to 1996 when it was owned by someone else same building so I have been coming to this building for 22 years now. I paid for full tint plus an eyebrow back in March but didn't get the eyebrow because I was waiting on an insurance claim for a new windshield. I was very disappointed with my experience. I had set an appointment to have my 2 front windows tinted. After a few days I noticed dirt and debris in the film of both windows. I returned and explained the dissatisfaction to Keith who said he would reinstall the film if he could that day. He did replace the driver side window, but said he did not have time to complete the passenger side. Keith then argued with me about the need to replace the passenger side and that he pushed on the tint to correct the problems. I explained that the film still had clear debris under it and needed to be replaced. He agreed that the drivers window need to be replaced due to poor installation but said i was being too hard on him for the passenger side. Then he accused me of questioning his professionalism. I clarified that he admitted to the need to replace the film and should honor both windows replacement. Both were equally bad. He offered to remove the film and refund my money on both windows and I accepted, but then he backtracked. I do not recommend this business and warn all to stay away. His installation environment is questionable and seems to be contributing to the poor installation. read more

I tried Tint Crafters based on a recommendation of an acquaintance, albeit several years old. I hoped the quality of service would be as good as it was then. They did a fantastic job installing 3m Crystalline film on my car, which has a challenging windshield - very raked, a lot of curvature, and long/deep - I've not installed tint, but I've cleaned the windshield and the dash, and it is tough to get all the way down there. Tint Crafters got the job done a couple of hours ahead of schedule, the price was less than what was quoted me (presumably because window glass is considerably smaller than most), there are ZERO blemishes/defects in the application, they took great care of my car while it was there. It is a little bit out of the way - not easily visible from Wadsworth, behind a car wash, but don't let that be a deterrent - they do outstanding work. In the process of getting the car's windows tinted, I walked out of two other shops - one saw the car & assumed they could charge extra (DOUBLE what Tint Crafters charged me), the other one, I was simply not comfortable leaving my car there. Tint Crafters hit all the marks for me - on time, as promised & beyond. read more
