The only reason I even picked this other group was because they came recommended. I decided to come onto Yelp and the first thing I see is Mariachi Real de San Diego , and thank goodness I did! I messaged them and right away, I received a quick response! I told them my situation and gave them my number, they called me and boom! In minutes everything was solved! It almost felt too good to be true. They sent me a an invoice and it felt nice talking to Pedro and his wife it put me at ease. Well the next day I confirmed with Pedro via email/text and sent some song request. The time came for everything. I distracted my mom by bringing her in the backyard to hit a piñata while they got ready in the driveway. Then I asked Pedro to let me know when he was in front and I would have her walk over. Her voice was so lyrical and beautiful, without even knowing where I would get married I asked her if she was available to perform on my wedding day. From there, working with Farrah was completely seamless. She was extremely responsive via email, she gave me great suggestions for songs on my big day, and was nothing but amazing on the day. As many say, I totally blanked out during my wedding because it was so intense, emotional and went so fast. I actually couldn't even hear anything as I walked down the aisle! But every time I replay the videos from the moment I walked down with my father to her singing, I literally cry every single time - it was such a beautiful and meaningful moment for me and all my guests, literally perfection. Farrah performed as my guests arrived for the ceremony, she performed during my ceremony and then during the cocktail hour reception. She worked extremely well with all of my other vendors and my wedding planner, and I can't recommend her enough! She's so talented, but also very reliable and flexible - exactly what you would need for any big day, event, or occasion. Our wedding was at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego - La Jolla, partially outside looking out on the beach. Her style of singing and presence matched perfectly with our vibe. But honestly, I can see Farrah fitting in, in so many different environments and locations, she was even open to learning specific songs for my family and she has great musical and social EQ/IQ to perform music based on the audience and ambiance. All of my guests gave her raving reviews and loved hearing her sing. She really added something so special and beautiful to our day and we will forever be grateful!

They were all dressed impeccably & looked beautiful! The mariachi consists of both men and women and it's a large group. They sing AMAZING! Several of the men in the group sang and one of the women. They strolled into the reception hall playing La Bikina and my daughter lost it! She cried and smiled, it was beautiful. Everyone was so impressed with them. They played El Rey and La Negra, Si nos Dejan, Sabor a Mi, and several other songs. Their closing song is a showcase of each instrument and it was INCREDIBLE! I cannot recommend them enough! Book them for your event asap!! This was one of the best experiences working with a vendor ever.

No email or phone response for 7 days at a time on more than one occasion. Second, for a short 2.5 hour performance with an included break during the ceremony, we caught the group taking a long break while we were taking pictures nearby, during the cocktail hour. The break was far too long for such a short performance. Had to ask them to continue playing before they resumed. Overall, not entirely happy.

They were very professional, and communicative during the process leading up to the wedding day, and very friendly. They really make the wedding process easy. They came and setup their equipment and entertained our guest during cocktail hour and dinner. They have amazing singers and performers, and sound. We had played it by ear to have the mariachi for our ceremony outro, since they had a prior engagement we weren't sure if they'd make it on time, but Fred said they'd do their best to be there for it. However they had came to the ceremony venue earlier in the day to set up their equipment in case they arrived for the ceremony outro and we got lucky that they were there. I highly recommend their mariachi services, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for making our day very special.

So when it came time to find musical entertainment for our wedding, he was the first person that came to mind. Luckily he was available on the right date! We booked him to sing and play acoustic guitar, as well as to DJ later in the evening. Mike gave us a choice of a few packages, but we also negotiated with him a bit based on what our specific needs were. Before the wedding he sent us recorded demos of a couple of songs that he was going to play for us (including our first dance song) so that we could give feedback; it was very helpful to hear these songs in advance. On the day of the wedding, Mike's delivery was flawless: the music he provided during the ceremony especially was so touchingly delivered. He also took care of lots of little details such as making sure everyone giving toasts had a microphone handy. We got numerous comments afterwards about how wonderful he sounded, and how nice it was to have music layered throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Plus the dance party that he DJed was rockin'. :-) We are so grateful for what he provided on that day, and would recommend him to anyone who wants beautiful music at their special event.

One of the things we appreciated most was his flexibility--he was able to incorporate our requested Spotify songs for the ceremony seamlessly alongside his live performance, which made everything feel personal and cohesive.
