I try to be understanding because of language barrier. But it's just poor customer service and new charges for the same service. Beware I do think they are dishonest on poor service. read more

I went in with my mom and the little girl I watch to get our toes done. We waiting 35 minutes for chairs to open up (which is fine), got sat and waited another 15ish minutes and they started on my mom. Finished hers, only painted the little girls toes, went to start on mine and the owner pulled the girl to start on someone's finger nails who came in significantly after me. When I went to leave they tried to say "oh we will do yours now." I told them no we were leaving, it was after 12pm and I still needed to get lunch for little girl and get her home for a nap... there two hours and I'm the only one not done and you expect to me wait?? I will not be going back! read more

I used to go here all the time, with very little wait time. After COVID they took appointments, which was GREAT! The last 2 times I've gone and had to leave, after an hour or more wait time. I liked having to make an appointment. I can't spend half a day getting my nails done. read more

I have been to Tina's nails multiple times over the years. When this business was put in different hands, things started to change. I was in for a simple manicure and wanted no gel. I do not know specifically who did my nails, but it was a lady. She gave me the shortest and weakest hand/forearm massage like she was just trying to rush and be done with the service. She did not clean under my nails once or push up my cuticles. Then she got up without putting color on. My sister was next to me, and we felt so uncomfortable as two different times the staff members called over other staff to look at my sisters' nails and would start laughing talking in a different language. We felt extremely judged throughout this entire time. When my nails were drying uder drying station every single employee was on their phone with no other customers and the lady that did my nails still rushed me out. read more

I was nervous to try a new salon, but I was going out of town and needed some fun design. I was able to make an appointment and while I had to wait a little bit, it was well worth it. They were fully staffed and everything seemed to run smoothly. She did a great job on my nails and I will definitely go back! Thank you!!! read more

I've been twice and they do amazing work. I'm currently trying out their second salon in Macon. The only reason it's not five stars is because one of my toes had a bad reaction about a week or two later and I'm not sure if it's because of an ingrown toenail, the nail being clipped too short, or my skin being snipped during the cuticle trimming ‍ My toes have always been a little temperamental with ingrowns so I'm chalkin it up to that...would definitely recommend. They get into the nitty gritty of cuticle cleaning which I love as my last salon sort of stopped being as detailed. read more

I've been really impressed lately at how well they've managed their appointments. Although I know they do take walk-ins, I always make an appointment. Over the last year, I've had no trouble with a long wait after my scheduled appointment. I'm usually sitting at a table within at least 10 minutes. My nails look great. I only do French tips and soak off every third time. Anyone there does a great job. read more

I love Tinas! They never disappoint me, and every time I go, the employees are so nice! I am neighbors with the owners, and they are just good people all around! They offer gel, acrylic, dip powder, manicures, pedicures and much more! I usually get a gel or the pink and white solar French tip (which is absolutely amazing!) and my nails are shiny the whole time until I get them redone. I totally recommend this nail salon, I'll never go to any other! read more

Honestly the worst nail experience I have ever had. I made an appointment but, they told me there would be a wait. They started and got glue all over the skin on my hands. She gave me the wrong shape and all of my nails were in pain from how rough she was. Two of my nails were bleeding. My nails look very bad and she did not file well so they are very rough around the edges. Definitely do not recommend. read more

I almost didn't go to this place due to a bad review on here....boy am I glad I went!!! I'm actually sitting in the parking lot and was so impressed with my nails that I wanted to write a good review right away. James was my nail technician and he did a great job! I was a walk in and was greeted with a friendly smile and was seated right away. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Today I went here to get a full set of coffin shaped acrylics with two of my friends we wanted a simple pink color , this was horrible!
