In many cases, the prices here exceed even what's seen on the secondary market. It's blatant price gouging, and it's insulting to loyal customers who just want a fair deal. I refuse to support a business that prioritizes greed over integrity. There are plenty of other stores that respect their customers and sell at reasonable prices--this isn't one of them.

I went recently and picked up one and went to pay and the nice man informed me that they were on sale 2 for $7.50..so I purchased 2. Went back the next day to get 2 more and the lady was super rude and said the sale price was $4.99 not regular price which is what I've been paying for years (and the price is clearly written on it)..she insisted I was incorrect and then typed in a higher price manually and proceeded to get very loud and even said the man who told me they were on sale would be fired once I said no thanks I don't want them if the price is no longer as listed on the sign. .I will not be going back!.

We came in here and grabbed some rum. They had free ice in the machine outside, which was an added bonus! Their wine selection seemed to be more of the cheaper stuff. Their liquor selection had all the regular favorites, with some weirder cheaper brands that I hadn't heard off. The beer selection did a good job of showcasing some DFW Metroplex beers, and even had some Austin breweries. There aren't many brewery options in Cumby, Tx, but this store sells plenty of beers from elsewhere. This liquor store seems to be a converted home along the highway. You can see how they just knocked the walls out to build out the liquor showroom retail floor. But the back rooms seem to be in use as storage and office space. The clerks were friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We grabbed some mixers and the free ice, and were on our way!

A small business like I-30 is at the mercy of the distributors who can, and do, raise prices whenever necessary, and the change can come from shipment to shipment. I have felt prices go up within weeks but I can also say that I-30 Bev has also passed along price REDUCTIONS with no notice when their prices changed for the better. Merchants aren't always warned of price changes either, so don't be too judgmental! And that competitor you were so happy with may well have been selling you product that he bought at the previous lower price but as things on the shelf move, the increase will arrive. It's just business!
