The next month we contacted them ahead of schedule to let them know we had covid in our home to keep them safe. The next month they never showed or let us know that they were unable to make it. I was informed few days after scheduled date that a personal issue came up. I explained to them that I figured that this was what happened but would just like a heads up or notification that the service was unable to be met as we have things we need to do as well. I even congratulated them at that time for their personal issues. Then today it was 1030 I sent them a messaged just asking if they were still coming as one had to leave by 1045. I stated was just curious. An hour later I received a text back stating that we needed to find another pest control as they couldn't meet our needs.
