I had another HVAC company inspect the system, and they informed me that the existing ductwork is undersized for the unit that was installed. According to them, the ductwork will need to be replaced at an additional cost of $6k. To make matters worse, Hooten, the original contractor, will not return any of my phone calls or messages. I expected a professional installation, proper communication, and support after the sale. Instead I am left with a system that is not performing as it should, additional expenses, and no response from Hooten heating and air!

They were prompt and finished the job very quickly. The bad: a couple days later, I discovered one of the three-way lighting switches they installed didn't work properly. Everybody makes mistakes, but I hire an electrician to avoid mistakes. Probably a rare occurrence, but disappointing for me.
