If you're trying to hire someone for a job, and they can't meet the minimum standard: communicating and showing up...then they're not worth hiring. Especially when dealing with contractors. I subsequently received a letter from a lawyer for this company threatening all kinds of legal hell and damnation if I did not remove the review. So for the time being I have removed the original test of this review and photos, while I decide if it's worth the costs of getting my own lawyer involved. Ask yourself do you want to do business with a company that when they receive complaints and bad reviews, gets their lawyers involved rather than engaging with the customer to resolve the issue or posting their own side of the story for the public to see?
