On this occasion I needed MS Office student with 3 user licences & this place had it for a cheaper price than anywhere on the net. It is a professionally run shop with knowledgable/friendly staff that seem to be the same guys from my first encounter. Well deserved 5 stars. Tucked up a little pedestrian walkway, off the main street. No parking obviously!

I needed a dress ready for a special occasion…read more(within 9 days of dropping it off - they assured me it would be ready) and not only was it not ready for the occasion (only received it 17 DAYS after), the alteration was no where near satisfactory, the staff were rude and haven't replied to my email and I still had to pay the full amount. Unprofessional, rude and bad quality of stitching - DO NOT GO HERE if you want a reliable and good service.

They sell all the things you would expect, PCs (obviously!), televisions, computer accessories etc. Being on Teesside Retail Park, there is loads of free parking, which is a major bonus in my view! It's hard to know how to rate this place. It seems to have a poor reputation generally. Personally I've found the service variable. Sometimes I've gone in and found it virtually impossible to actually find a sales assistant, let alone get one to help me. Other times, I've found them incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to give me all the info I might possibly need about an item. I'd say, on balance, it's worth having a look, you never know you may get a good deal. They do have a really good range of stock.

A quick phone call to confirm their location on a small trading estate, tucked away on the edge of town. It's just a small unit as seen in the picture with friendly staff to check in your cleaning. More to follow when I pick up.. It may be small but a good service, cleaned my clothes well as they had paint on them. They do a local pickup service just Bishop Auckland though. Recommended & would use again.

This is a great little shop, the guy in there is always really friendly. You get a personal service…read morewhich isn't that easy to find really, and he doesn't charge the earth for it. Last year my girlfriends laptop conked out and her insurance company told her to take it for a valuation on how much it would be to fix. she took it in there to see if he would be able to do anything about it, he charged her a flat rate for the tests, then when she went back to see how much it would be to fix it he said he would try free of charge. Next time she went in, unfortunately it was beyond repair, but he prepared an engineers report at no extra cost so that she could send it off to the insurance company and she would get the correct valuation on the replacement. More recently, I went in as I wanted a new desktop PC, and got a quote to see how much it would be for the spec I wanted, and found that it was around £300 cheaper than the equivalent if I had gone online and got it manufactured by a larger company. Shows how much commission they take! If you have any computer problems I would recommend this place, he won't overcharge like some of the places in Middlesbrough.

The jewellers itself has a large glass window laid out with lots of pieces, watches,necklaces, clocks etc. When you enter the store it is quite small, there is a counter ahead of you and there are usually at least two if not three people serving. The service is lovely, old fashioned and welcoming. Because it is privately owned and not part of a chain, there can sometimes be deals to be made to ensure a good price, but at any rate the prices are fair and they have some great pieces
