I always get my blues mixed up) coat of paint all over it. Shoe repairs aren't something I'm ever in need of, but key cutting is because i'm always losing them. I nipped down the road and was greeted by a friendly man on his own in the shop, he cut a spare for my door key in a matter of minutes and sent me on my way a few quid lighter. I could have gone to a Timpson's in Morrissons but when there are wonderful local businesses to support it makes no sense to go to a slightly soulless chain. They also offer and engraving service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and will happilly get all the shoes out you want to try on, this is good as you don't feel uncomfortable asking to try on just one more pair. They sell a very large range of designer fashion shoes plus the usual clarks and kays. They also stock Hotter shoes which are so comfortable and are usually only available on line or from their catalogue, this is a bonus as it saves having to order and send back as they don't always fit as you would like. I think you can also order signs here, house names or no parking but I have never tried this service so can't comment. The staff are always helpful, you can usually have a joke with them. The service is quick, if you need something urgently they will always try to oblige. Prices aren't bad, not cheap but good value. you need to leave a small deposit if you are leaving shoes but I think thats reasonable to make sure people do come back.
