Extremely unpleasant place to do business with. Everything from simply registering to bid, the bidding itself, to getting your items is a complete nightmare. These guys are as dodgy as they come. I've had several dealings with them and only one was successful. They make it extremely difficult to do business with them and don't even offer online payment options. What is this... 1995... you're 20 years behind. I've also had issues with them where I've won items as a live online bidder and successfully watched me win items via live video feed, only to have them turn around the following day and say they've given the items to someone else. They also have very poor customer service and I do question the authenticity of some of their items. As an expert in one particular field, I've pointed out fakes before, only to have them thank me and say they'll pull the items/s or leave an updated description yet leave the items 'as is' for the sale.
