The owner talks all the right talk, but after being told tonight that I should not call and check again, they will call me when Holly is ready...unacceptable. Emergency out of state for 4 days and two weeks of snow/ice doesn't equate to two months past my scheduled pick up date. I'm mortified that I did not lay my Holly to rest appropriately. First, I called a different service that said they'd call me back. They never did. I called and spoke to Deb at Affordable and the first thing she said was how sorry she was for my loss and arranged an appointment that very day to bring my kitty in. The gentleman who checked us in was just as kind and caring. He showed me how Lizzie would be returned to me and again expressed condolences.
