You better hope your family member or pet doesn't pass away on a Sunday or they'll want to charge an extra $100 for having someone come in to meet you at the crematory. Multiple family pet's have been taken care of there, including last Friday.. Now I wonder how they handled our precious fur baby Coco and the others we've taken there... NOT ANYMORE. all they care about is money.... Deeply saddened by the way they handled this weekend.
