Details: I hired Chef Alan recently for a personal cooking lesson at my home and my husband and I enjoyed the experience very much. Chef Alan took plenty of time beforehand to hear what I wanted to learn and even met me at a nearby Kroger to help select the shopping items. The menu items we cooked were seriously delicious! Menu: We made boneless pork piccata and mashed potatoes. Both items turned out wonderful-excellent flavor and presentation. Overall experience: Chef Alan was happy to share his knowledge with us and answered general questions about cooking and gave us equipment tips. He even emailed us the ingredients and recipe afterwards so I have it on file to make again and again. I would recommend taking a personal cooking class to anyone who has a difficult time following recipes and for anyone who is tired of throwing away food and countless meals you've taken time to prepare.
