I was told I would be done after the worse unit. but, they came to me unit first and I just woke up. The owner said to me "you got 5 minutes to get ready and out of your unit, or it won't be done, I got other calls to get to". pretty rude and unprofessional. he then did a walk through and said ok, good to go. I got my dog and left my unit. he was already done and gone when I got back and was out front talking to a few people and we all heard a crash come from my unit. I ran inside and seen that the leaned the spring boxes and California king mattress against my dresser that was so heavy. it pushed and tipped over the dresser. on top of the dresser, was the prescious urn of my beloved disabled dog that recently passed away. the bag had torn slightly from the broken ceramic. I was devastate. I contacted his company and he denied any wrongdoin, not his fault, blamed me, said I had bad luck! mind you, this is the professional exterminator who said it was ok to leave a pan of oil out, I didn't have to cover it, I can cook with it later.... well, it was full of dead bedbugs later. He's arrogant, rude, unprofessional and takes no responsibility for his actions. He should have known, ought to have known the weight would tip the dresser over. He refuses to do the right thing. the ethical thing and replace the urn. I will be filing complaints and taking him to court for his careless and disrespectful treatmen of me and my property

AAA PLUS saved me from a huge expense. We had a noise in…read moreour attic and called one of the big name companies who sent 2 technicians to inspect our house for what they said was carpenter ants. This cost me $200 for the inspection and then wanted to charge us $700 for controlling them. Thinking this was way to high we called AAA plus. They where there with in a couple of hours. While sitting in his truck on the road the owner rob called me and said that my problem was not ants at all. He confirmed over the phone the problem area and said my problem was wasps entering my attic near my chiney and would cost $80. All of the tenants were given notice that Low Cost would be here on a certain date between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. As of now it's 1:05 p.m. and they're still not here. Now please understand that I do realize that when a business such as Low Cost is providing a hands on service they can run a bit behind HOWEVER instead of saying that you'll be here between 8:30 and 5 why do they not say 'We're booked up between 8:30 and 1:30 p.m., so we'll be there approximately between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. I mean seriously does Low Cost NOT know whether or not they have other places to be at those times ?! I WILL be sure to tell family and friends NOT to rely nor use them as their treatment of customers lacks a great deal and if this is how they treat their customers, like their time is of no value, then I'm fairly certain that their work ethics are the same.
