I felt like I was just going through the motions, letting stress make too many of my decisions and this was impacting my relationships and professional growth. Six months later, my life looks completely different. I met an amazing partner, was promoted into a higher leadership position at work, built routines that actually stick, and developed a much healthier way of managing anxiety. The biggest transformation, though, wasn't just the external achievements. It was what changed inside me. Instead of trying to control everything or getting swept away by anxious thoughts, I learned how to pause, regulate my emotions, and respond from a calmer, wiser place. Every session with Annie was the perfect balance of practical and insightful. She gave me clear action steps I could apply immediately, and her thoughtful follow-up notes kept me accountable and helped me continue making progress between sessions. When I started coaching, I felt stuck and overwhelmed. Today, I feel confident, vibrant, and clear. I'm living my life instead of trying to control it. If you're looking for a coach who combines practical strategies, emotional insight, and genuine care, I can't recommend Annie highly enough. Working with her has been one of the best investments I've ever made in myself.

Annie held space for the deeper work too -- the doubts, the patterns, and the moments I wasn't sure I could really do this. At the same time, she helped me develop the real strategies to grow my lifestyle business. With her support, I began making changes in how I show up, not just online but in my daily life. I left every session with clarity, encouragement, and an action plan I could actually follow.

Becca brings incredible energy and our time together was enlightening and so much FUN!…read more I think a fundamental problem for me initially was not knowing why I felt the way I did. I had a vision of how things should be; but didn't really see how to make it possible because they were a radical shift. What made her approach unique is rebuilding things from the ground up; by understanding belief systems that shape the way we act in career and life; and how they are intertwined. I was surprised and excited about this new way of thinking. I also work in product in the area of behavior science and health so all this was really fascinating to me. She's an active listener, and a master at making hard things simple. The different exercises and techniques she recommended relevant to my questions helped me gain a lot of clarity. She creates space for you to grow, envision what you want to create and make it happen. I learned a lot about balance, quickly building momentum, and a new lens of evaluating goals and which of them are really worth it (which is often the question that's overlooked!). Becca has a brilliant mind and I love that I was able to tap into more of my emotional intelligence and self-awareness because of her.

I'm delighted to add my voice to those who have had a great experience with Becca. As someone who…read morehas done a lot of personal growth work and has had a regular meditation practice in the past, I technically "knew" what I needed to do to get my life and work back on track, but I wasn't able to get there on my own. Becca's program and support made it possible for me to get back to my real, authentic self, unburdened of all the layers of survival tactics that had gotten me through some hard years but were no longer serving me. Becca's approach was a great fit for me because she works from the belief that even the most tactical professional goals have emotional underpinnings, and if one doesn't account for these--both the "why" of true motivation and the "yeah, but" of limiting beliefs--there's not much that can be done through pure willpower. Just holding someone accountable doesn't do the trick! Through the several weeks in which we worked together I felt comfortable sharing with Becca and supported as if by a good friend. She is astute in finding connections, but gentle in introducing them, tending instead to help elicit the same connections through perspicacious questions. While Becca's system for action planning is already helping me to balance the work I do for higher-leverage tasks and to make sure I have time for strategy and deep thinking, I think the most precious result I am already enjoying is in the emotional space. I was "frozen" and having trouble accessing my feelings after some years of many changes and big losses, and now I am in tune with my feelings, journaling and meditating again. Becca offered me not only knowledge and strategy, but also the caring support I needed to get back to myself.
