I have done business with Time Finance for a number of years. They finance my Mom's Judy G's vehicle and they always treated her with respect and dignity. I would recommend them to anyone needing a "Hand Up" because they do care and will help read more

All of these negative reviews probably come from people who owe months on their vehicle and since they don't want to contact the company they wait till the company calls them...of course they would be a bit rude...that's like if you owe me money and I call you and you don't pick up and when you finally do you get mad at me for asking for my money back...don't be dumb people pay your bills...I have like others had hardships difference is i call and ask how they can help me and Lupe is amazing so helpful and understanding she gives me options so that I can keep my car without having issues even if I can't pay a month due to unforseen circumstances...I have had no issues with time finance as a matter of fact I hope they finance my next personal vehicle 10 star rating if it was possible just because of Lupe alone...gracias Lupe te seré siempre agradecido read more

These people are so rude... A simple transaction to demonstrate that we needed to have done was made impossible by these people. They were rude to my mother in law, and to my sister in law, and then to me. Here's what we needed. My sil paid off her car and took the necessary information to the DMV who told her that she needed to get the previous lien-holder OFF the account before they would release a new Pink slip. So, after returning home, she called Time FInance and was promptly told that the only way she could get the "legal document" was to drive 100 miles one way to get the document from them. (TF had purchased the original finance company and didn't take the proper steps to get the first pink slip in their name, which was incredibly lazy and unprofessional on their part) So, later on, my Mother in law, called to see if she could get them to understand that she nor her daughter have the ability to take a 200 mile round trip to retrieve said documents and was told in a rude and unprofessional manner that was tough and to deal with it. So, I get wind of this and being a far more experienced man who's first language is NOT Spanish, I knew exactly what to do to get to the management of this company, something neither my SIL or my MIL knew how to do, and that was to raise a little bit of hell on the phone with them. So, after getting hung up on by the woman and calling back a second time, and waiting a good 15 minutes for the manager to get around to speaking to me (during which time it occurred to me that this correspondence could be handled via email) I asked that they should just scan the document and email it to us. At which point the manager agreed to make this happen. Jezz, such a simple solution that could have taken all of five minutes had their customer service been as good as their message said that it was as we waited on hold listening to them brag about themselves on their recording loop. read more

This finance company has worked with me tremendously thru my struggles so that I can keep my vehicle, if Time Finance did not work with me I wouldn't have a vehicle I wanted to acknowledge Time Finance for all there efforts. Thanks for believing in me during my struggles.. Thanks Donna Davenport read more

I wish i had the opportunity to put no stars this finance company has the worst customer service employees, THEY HARASS YOU and raise their voices when speaking over the phone. Don't do business with this company unless you want to live harassed for years. read more

Had a terrible phone call from Martha; she called to ask me when I would make a payment and was somehow unaware/did not search in her system to see my payment was made. She lacked de-escalation training and only continued to repeat words to me that did not apply to me because I have made my payments every month. Long story short, she would not adhere to my request to speak with a supervisor when I asked multiples times. After speaking with Lou, it was blatantly obvious why she has job longevity at Time Finance. For years Lou has been my only point of contact and she is clearly the reason why so many customers have continued to purchase cars/car loans. She reassured me that my payment plan was still valid (which was my argument with Martha). COMMUNICATION is important in any job role where the employee has to speak with the public. Lou has amazing communication skills and understands part of communication is actively LISTENING. Lou if you need any recommendations from past customers in your career, I am more than happy to write a letter! 5/5 those stars are for you! read more

I came here to get a lien satisfied letter for a car I got over the weekend. I thought it was going to be an issue because of all the 1 star reviews I read. Walked in and the lady in the front named Ashley was very helpful. I gave her all the paperwork I had she reviewed and helped me out in less than 10 minutes I walked out with a Lien satisfied letter. Thank you! read more

As of rn i have had no issues with this company, the one time I called to receive a new payment link text they assisted me in less than 5 minutes. Ik how much my monthly is and I pay it on time every month, I've had no issues. read more

Garbage ass company Won't let anyone but you talk to them God forbid I'm at work and my gf needs to ask how much is due, or even try to pay what's due. All of their minions who make the calls are rude as fuck for no reason I'd never use this company again even if they gave out money. I hope all the employees have hot ass pillows and no AC in their homes. I hope their cars break down 6 hours into a 12 hour road trip. I hope someone puts nair in all of their shampoo so they can see how ugly they really are. My advice is if you need a loan, go talk to a mafia boss before these idiots. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I know we all human beings and we get emergency and we don't get to make a full payment but to the point were a representative the goes by the name of LESLIE to be harassing you on the phone for the petty amount that i owe is ridiculous now this Representative needs to get some Customer Service classes because last time she called me i ask to speak to a supervisor and she simply hang up on me like who does that? What kind of girls do they hire here... No phone Etiquette No Manners They are extremely Rude Not Professional At ALL....... They Deserve No Stars At All..... read more

Very unprofessional, they answer the phone like they're answering their house phone and not like a business. Not sure what kind of ppl this business hires, maybe Ex Cons or something, because they have no manners or know how to talk to a customer. I've financed with them for over 3 years and it's been :/ and tricky since my credit is bad and I've struggled so much as a single mom even trying to keep the decent vehicle. They towed my car after almost 2 months of behind on payments and when I called them to ask about it I simply asked "why would you guys tow it after only almost 2 months.." I had no attitude but more sadness in my voice. A lady said "you chose to buy the car not us, you telling us its our fault Violet, really? Is it our fault??" omg I work in customer service and I would have totally ben suspended talking to any customer that way no matter how frustrated I could have been... I've also had issues with Lupe where right away she had a bad attitude I had to ask her "are you having a bad day?" and she decided to go back n forth with me. like someone else said.. these ladies are full of TUDE and I really don't know if they would keep the same energy if it was in person. The only decent agent I've been speaking to now is Priscilla, which she understands me a bit more better but also has a strong tone. Sometimes I feel like I'm being talked to like a child and I'm a grown woman.. Kindness goes a long way... Good luck to anyone who chooses TF. I have about 4k left god grant me strength. read more

What can I say that hasn't been said? I financed my first car ever through this company (that was 2009). As I got older I realized companies like this prey on people with not so great credit. Anywho- anytime I called about my account, I always spoke with someone named Lucy. Rude as shit. I remember one conversation where she stated that I was going to hide the car (I don't remember verbatim, but it was along those lines) and she starts going off on me! She wouldn't let me speak! I remember getting so upset and having to tell her ass off! From the reviews, it seems like nothing has changed. It was a happy day when I had the loan paid off. read more

Don't even rate the one star I had to push to post this. Negative 1000% how this company is still going is beyond me. I am getting an attorney. They have the worse WORSE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. I wish I could walk into that place and speak to these woman IN PERSON to see if that tone was still there! They have illegally repoed my car! They are a scam and over charged me to get it back I ended up Paying way more than I even owed. Mary Lou and Martha are the fckn worse. Even up to management nobody there knows how to speak properly. Everyone just wants to yell. By far the WORSE company ever! Even if it's your last option DONT DO IT! I can't even put into words how horrible this company and EVERY REPRESENTATIVE there is!!! On another realm karma to these ladies. I'm already smiling for it. Zero customer service. Zerooooooo good things about this company. But they will not get away with this bullshit for much longer! read more

Avoid doing any business with this company as much as possible. These people harass you and treat you with contempt. They treat you like the scum of the earth. The representatives a rude grotesque have the worst customer service they literally tell you to fuck off. They have no way for you to make a direct payment for them and they charge you a $5.99 In order for you to be able to make a payment to them this day and age you're going to tell me you don't have Venmo or PayPal? You're late one day and your payment they'll be calling you threatening to repossess your vehicle thinking that the public are idiots and I know know where are the laws. They will also call your family members or anybody that you place under your reference numbers and will try to humiliate you by letting them know that you have not paid your Car bill this month. And when you confront them about it they deny doing it. Again avoid doing business with his very shady company. read more

They not that bad well Lobel Finance at-least just asked for $500 deductible when I totaled the vehicle I was financing. Now Time Finance gave me the option to move my payment to the last payment when my engine and only charged me $85. See this is a BUSINESS not vehicle owners nor is their property. Put it like this they are only doing what they are being told. As humans just ask and without a doubt the would look an alternative to help you out. Be respectful and be nice and they would give you a hand. They are not collection or Humans Resources. I am not saying that they're your friends either. Give it a try just ask them how's the day going. It would make a difference, just be humbled. read more

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this company no matter how bad you need an auto loan. Customer service is awful. They will harass you. They will STEAL from you. They do not take responsibilities for their mistakes. And even the "Vice President" will only e-mail you and not actually pick up the phone to handle HUGE problems that her workers have caused for years. This company has been charging me a late fee EVERY month for 2 whole years!!! Not one rep I have spoken to in 2 YEARS has mentioned that my payments have been late and I have always spoken to a rep at least once a month for 2 YEARS! I was told when I purchased my vehicle that my due date was the 26th of every month. I requested my payment records last month to find out that they had listed my due date as the 16th. If you had a client paying every month on the 25th/26th and not their due date(16th), wouldn't you mention it when you call me every month?! Last month after being out of work due to COVID-19 and struggling! I was able to make a payment for 2 months up front. This came out to $558. After payment and without prior notice, I was then informed that they would be taking out $400 to pay for my "late fees"! Which then put me behind 2 months. I requested a call from a manager or the owner. The Vice President e-mailed me... basically saying that there's nothing she can do but defer one payment. Not one apology, not one attempt to make anything right on behalf of her awful employees and their grade level customer service. Anyone with any moral logic would at least offer a payment plan or take responsibility for their reps past negligence, especially during the times that we are in. Shame on you Time Finance! UPDATE: When I asked my current rep Angela, "why would your company allow a client to continue to accumulate a late fee for 2 years without being notified of said late fee?" She replied, "You'll have to contact Dawn(Vice President) regarding that." read more

This is the worst finance company ever! Super rude and unprofessional! Finance company is a complete scam and I'm looking into filling a lawsuit. My payments were made ON TIME and I even made a double payment one month. I paid my car note September 13th and today is September 27 and my car was REPO'D from my apartment ILLEGALLY. Trust me when I say I have a paper trail that I'm not wrong on my end. I've even asked in the past for recipes and how much I have left due on the car note and they never provided me with it.. The finance company went MIA today after they took my car. I've been calling from many different phones and even the dealership that I financed through them with can't even get ahold of them. I called the police department and was able to get the number of the "repo" place that took my car and it goes straight to unset up voicemail box. Martha from time finance has a horrible attitude. I've hard horrible experience with Time Finance, their customer service is horrible. These ladies that work in the finance need to take some people skills training.. I've spoken with Maria and I could not understand her English and offered to speak to her in Spanish. Maria gave me legal advice which she had no right. I informed if am not seeking for legally advice than she shouldn't give it... The why they send the statement are so confusing, that I had to call back.. I spoke with Karina and at 1st was nice than she became rude.. I asked why the statement does not have the balance and she informed me due to past due it doesn't provide the balance. Which I think is very odd, since in they are require to provide Balance, Payments, past due, how many months past due, and total balance due.I asked why I was receiving 4 statements with the same date and different amount due. Her explanation was 15 days past due, 30 days past due 90 day past due. But yet the statement did not display it, all it said your seriously past due. The comment I remember from Karina regarding the vehicle loan: He was paying on time but he fell off the wagon..Which its unprofessional. Karina basically called my husband a liar when I asked why was Time Finance refusing to provide the pay off of his vehicle, Karina responded he never asked. I'm not sure how can someone hire these unprofessional humans and treat their customers as dirt. I would not recommend Time Finance nor have business with them. read more

I will be honest they gave me a loan with less than great credit. So expectedly the interest rate is/was high. But I am a responsible adult and have made all my payments on time which means they rarely bug me. Time finance is the worse!!!! They're very un professional & super rude!! Very un organized company!

I had a payment deducted twice from my checking account and was upset. I called customer service and told them my situation. I ask to speak to the supervisor her name was Veronica. (No way in hell there going to get my rent money). I spoke to her and she gave me my options but I insisted that was my rent money. She was very professional and told me that she will speak to the owner of the company. She follow up with me with good news and I was happy to pick up the check, instead of mailing. (Which it may get lost). I was happy i got my check that Wednesday. I thank her and went to cash it. I don't know why the negative reviews maybe they got rid of those people. Ive had business with time finance since august 2013 and not once have they ever given me a problem. When i went on maternity leave and wasnt getting my disability and wasnt able to make my payments on time, they worked with and the ladies there were awesome. I dont know any of their names and i usually dont speak with the same person but that doesnt bother me because they all talk to me as if they really know me. Make your payments on time and get the correct paperwork they ask you for and there should be no problems. So with that last negative comment....Maybe it was you that wasnt professional...sorry. Ive missed payments due to being out of work and they give me 30 days to pay and that works for me. They've never called me and harrassed me for my payment, they usually call to see what the reason is and thats when they come in and help me out. Thanks Time Finance -Danielle read more

I wish this site had a negative star rating. This company at first was good. However upon purchasing the car I did not get my registration until 5 months after the purchase. They and their dealership was already out of compliance with the contract. I got into a car accident and my insurance company had problems dealing with this finance company to comply with what needed to be done to pay off the car. What could of been done in August did not get completed until late October. To put a cherry on top. I called the company and let them know I never received a payoff letter and my refund. I was than told by a very rude receptionist that I would have have to pay for a notarized letter. They don't issue out copies of letters. I would never do business with them. My attorney is looking over the contract and it does not look good on their end. If you can refinance with a different company. I urge you to do so. If not.
