I told him right from the beginning what I could afford and what I couldnt. He had me test drive a jeep and then I filled out some paper work. I then repeated what I could afford. He threw his pen in the air and said "are you kidding me? Lets be real here. Do the math." Asked me if I could get a second job, and questioned my monthly income. He embarrassed me so terribly that I began to tear up. He gave me his business card and said "keep working with me" I will not be working with him anymore. He told me "this is a dealership, not some crappy car place." I thought salesmen were supposed to try to help at least, and if they couldn't, cool. But dont embarrass someone in front of people.

Update to my last review I finally had to pick my car up from Longley and move to a more…read moreprofessional, knowlegeable dealership. Longley in general is nothing but a circus with a clown running the service dept. Dosen't know how third party warranties work, lies to the customer, lies to the warranty company and tried to pad the bill for additional 6 hours and unnecessary parts. We then tried to speak to the owner who is never available. A sales person Eric pick up the phone screaming at my husband. Eric then tried to tell my husband the issues were all with the warranty company because they were a bunch of "pakastanians" My husband called him out on his racial comment and he said come pick up your vehicle we can't wait to get it off our lot. Our waranty company is based in PA and their customer service is in the USA. Very nice and accomidating. They also had issues getting Jason to repond, write up a proper quote and they had to tell Jason how to read an approval. They were as frustrated as I was. The only 2 times I had a issues with the warranty approval causing a delay my vehicle was at longley. The other Jeep dealers JUST TAKE CARE of it and I never hear a word. A bunch of unmanaged bunch of fools. Over a month and they could get a wiper motor replaced or even manage to get the part ordered. I authorized the part to be ordered ago and I approved to order the part on June 4th and said I would pay for it and Jason Longley could even manage to get the part order. I called another dealer at 5:15 pm today, will be dropping my Car off at 9:00 am tomorrow morning, they will have the part by 12:00 and I will pick up my car before 6:00 pm. Lesson Learned!!! I will also get a loaner which my warranty pays for but Janson in a month could't manage to get me. Apparently, his MOPAR warranty customers come before me.

Called them for an appointment and dropped the vehicle off early, never heard from them and I finally called after 8 hours and the response was, we need your permission to do something. Okay, so nobody has time to pick up the phone for 30 seconds. So, I called the next day and ask for a quote for work that it would need. The response was, sure we will get that for you. I go to pick it up and there is no paperwork or quote. So, if you need work done go to Oswego or Liverpool. The lack of communication and the amount of stupidity is not worth your time. Terrible business that is run terrible......go someplace else.

After having it for almost 4 months I had to trade it in because it was a danger and shouldn't have even passed inspection with the amount of rust and damage on the body.

The Visor fell right off, the muffler fell off and I just had to replace the flex pipe. They welded a hole in the frame and there is a hole the gas line. Never again..this should have never passed inspection..but he used "His friends shop" to have it inspected.

Its grey in color and the VIN is 2G4WC582171153453. It needs a new wheel bearing on the front drivers side. It needs 4 new tires since all 4 have a slow leak. Theres no tire caps on it. Who sells someone a car with no cap? The transmission skips when you accelerate and leaks transmission fluid. It has a remote start but if you let it run for 15 minutes you have to wait 30 minutes for the car to start again. The drivers side blinkers are about to go on it. Hasnt had an oil change in well over 6 months. It's going to need a new exhaust system soon. It's gotten louder since december. I changed out both headlights since they blew a month after I got it. I also changed a few fuses out because the lights tend to turn on and off as they please. I've only had it shut completely off on me once while driving. Its been in an accident which they wont admit to. The front grill is cracked and you cant get the wiper blades off because the hood is pushed up. I also dented the back bumper backing into something but that's easily fixed. Theres dents in the drivers door that cause it to leak when it rains so the entire car smells like mold all the time. On top of a wet ass/back constantly because its upstate NY and rains everyday. Its got about 90k on it. The miles arent the problem. Everything else is. It needs new front brake pads. Again that's a grey in color 2007 buick lacrosse with a remote start and about 90k miles. Dont buy it. They will lie to you about fixing any sort of issues the car had previous to you buying it.
