He then escorts you to your spot and then proceeds to tell you about their amenities and emergency shelter incase of a tornado in the area. They have a store on site and they are in the perfect location if you are attending a race. We were amazed by their hospitality and their gratitude that we chose their location. And anytime I had friends over serveral people would harress them about why they were there and who they were with, even if I was standing there too. And race week is the worst as they have no noise curfew. Horrible community of people. The on site maintenance guy almost made up for it but not enough.

The grounds are beautifully manicured and each site has pretty, well-planned flowerbeds. Our site was level with an adequate amount of room for an F350, Harley and 45' 5th wheel. There is a train track up against the property that trains run on frequently. It didn't bother me and my husband said "the tranquility was worth the trains." We were here for Talladega race weekend and they had a Friday night happy hour that was really nice.
