I was concerned about the trampoline, but they were quite careful and respectful of my belongings. The men were very nice and helpful in addressing any concerns I had. I'm really glad I found this business since now I know I can trust honest and respectful people to come and trim my massive tree and maintain it healthy. The owner is really kind and appears to be a trustworthy individual. But that's just me. I prefer honest and courteous people as I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past. I would give these folks a ten out of ten recommendation. Thank you, and I apologize for the late review; nevertheless, I had a strong desire to write anything, so better late than never.

One tree was leaning dangerously over the house and somehow Charles managed to make it fall just the opposite way from how it was leaning . Made it look so easy. His crew were all very polite and respectful around my family and done a great job of cleaning up all the debris after the trees were cut. All in all , I would definitely recommend Hatfields tree service and crane to anyone in need of tree service of any kind . Very satisfied and the price was more than fair . White lady (riding lawnmower ) Black guy (edged with weed wacker ) They BUTCHERED MY LAWN and didn't trim my hedges. It was as if the guy with the weed Wacker was practicing when he attempted to edge my lawn, he edged my lawn so far back that chunks of grass are missing, my lawn has a receding grass/hair line . My grass is uneven and cut to low . Missing patches where this guy used the weed Wacker to cut my lawn. Terry (own/contact person ) was on site , didn't say nothing , allowed this . Terry won't follow up with you on nothing he offers for your lawn. He will sale you a dream on how he can magically make your lawn the most beautiful lawn in the neighborhood but won't follow threw to save his life, he has an excuse for that to. After seeing the end results PISSED! I called Terry (respectful I was) asking why my lawn looked the way it did, he gave me these ridiculous lies, saying I had weeds in my grass that's why the edging looks that way and it's hard to cut the grass even. His attitude was kind of shitty, he had his payment and didn't care that I was dissatisfied. They didn't blow all the excess grass off my lawn, didn't blow all the excess from my front door.They stained my driveway with grass and half ass got it up. Excuse my grammar, still pissed off! They removed four very large trees that were leaning in various directions, one mid-sized oak leaning at 45 degrees, two very tall pines 80 feet and 100+ and the oldest magnolia tree that any of them had ever seen (trunk was completely hollow and almost five feet in diameter). They worked safely but quickly and when they were done, there wasn't so much as a dead leaf laying in my yard. They worked around three small trees without damaging them and went above and beyond. He and his crew arrived following morning to remove the tree, even cutting the trunk into rounds for firewood. Bill and his entire crew were polite, fast, respectful and clean.
