He helped us initially to just understand what we COULD do and what it would cost approximately for budget...with and without various items. It is hard to know how to visualize something without being able to simultaneously have an idea of the project cost. Vernon openly helped with that. Vernon has a program that allowed us to "see" inside the finished building and change things like the window size and the bathroom layout. We knew what things would look like in 3D ahead of time. During construction - Vernon and his team were nothing short of amazing. There was quite frankly a major part of the flooring that did not work. Vernon's foreman was ON TOP OF IT and did not settle until it was right. There was great communication and no extra cost to us - just excellent work. These guys show up on time, don't play loud music or cuss and they CLEAN UP.... Daily. I called Joe on a Saturday morning, he answered my call, stated that he was working in the area and he would be willing to stop by and look at the roof after finishing his current job. Joe looked at the roof, explained what would be involved in the repairs, the cost & that he could do the job today and match my existing shingles. Joe and his team returned shortly with all necessary materials, safety equipment and ladders needed to make the repairs on the steep three-story roof. He is very knowledgeable and up front about the expectation of work and he strives to perfection. For us he did a drywall patch in our ceiling and part of the wall and he made sure we knew ahead of time that a patch will require the whole ceiling/wall to be repainted to match 100% and that he would do his best to make sure it matched the best he could. On the end of the first day he took paint samples from the ceiling and wall and did his best to try to match them. Our ceiling and wall paint are a couple years old so he did his best and we honestly are satisfied with the work. Joe is a man who takes pride in his work and it shows.
